Exceeded my expectations in all respects: room size and amenities, staff and service, excellent breakfast, location (a very nice area). Caveats: on one side, the hotel faces a busy railway line. (I asked for a room on the quiet side, and got it.) I paid a modest amount for an upgrade to a more spacious room.

This hotel is a little distance from the city center, but it is truly a hidden gem. The staff was awesome and the property very nice. We would absolutely stay here again!
I did not like that I left a half empty bottle of wine in my room and cleaning service took the wine, I also had left half empty bottles of water and soda, but those were not touched. I’m glad front desk replaced the missing wine with a comparable selection when I called to complain. I left some money on night stand and money went missing when I came back from touring. Security wise, someone other than my niece opened my door while we were sleeping

Outstanding value! Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at any hotel. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to St. Charles bridge. Highly recommend this place.
Nice hotel, clean and quiet was good for a quick trip Its a little far from sights and with so many options closer if you are in Prague to see typical Prague sights it might be easier to stay elsewhere.
We stayed for 6 nights on the executive floor, which had some small amenities, a nice sized balcony, and a complementary Nespresso machine. The hotel was modern, quiet and clean, and the staff very professional. Definitely had a business traveler feel to it, although we were there on vacation. The location was great for us. Near the river, many trolley and train stops (which gets you anywhere quickly) and about a 20 to 30 minutes leisurely walk to all the touristy parts of the city. We really liked being a little bit outside of the city center. It is also conveniently located next to a Tesco (small grocery store) which was great for grabbing little things. Would recommend this hotel to friends and stay they again next time in town.
I was told , some one from the Hotel will pick me up at Airport, but never happen & waited over an hour at Airport,
Staff is lovely , location is great for site seeing, rooms are amazing . Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
Warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and the cell phone service was good
