right size, right touch, extremely professional staff everywhere. perfect location.the Hotel is neat and seems smaller than it really is.Prague's best. Restaurant very balanced offer. Its extremely clean and full of light everywhere.

My husband and I travel a fair amount and stay at 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world. However, our stay at the Four Seasons in Prague rates in the top 3 for best hotels of all times. Everything was flawless from the moment we arrived. All the staff were pleasant and professional but the concierges in particular were beyond exceptional, and made excellent restaurant, tour and museum recommendations. We had an issue with our rental car as there was an unplanned parade in town and we couldn't leave the city, and the concierge helped us to return the car and get a refund. The room was large, pristine and quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The breakfast was great (sit at a table with a view of the river!). The location couldn't be better... less than 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge, yet extremely quiet as it's on a side street. I rarely take the time to review places, but I felt it was worth sharing our experience at this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a five-star experience at the Four Seasons Prague - I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. The location was perfect for our needs and sightseeing, good restaurants are close by too. In our room, we had a drop dead gorgeous view over the river, the Charles Bridge, and the Castle. It was magical especially at night. The room was super comfortable and clean. Every amenity that you could want is here.

The drive from Dresden to Prague was delightful, fabulous scenery and quiet roads. However you do need a vignette for entering the Czech Republic, but can get this on the motorway. The Four Seasons Hotel in Prague is delightful, very well situated for the town and the river. The welcome is exceptional, very friendly, and car parking is under the hotel and taken down for you. The hotel is extremely smart and modern., fabulous flowers and design and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. We arrived after lunch and before dinner, but had a super snack of delightful small tasty bits, and some wonderful cocktails., the cocktail menu is extensive. Our room was delightful, no balcony but a decent view, and a very well equipped spacious room. My husband, who has a bad back, thought the mattress was the best he has ever slept on.Rooms are quiet and public areas spacious. The restaurant is very good, and there is an outside terrace overlooking the river as well as a smart dining room and ultra smart cocktail bar. Everything is very very clean and design is excellent. The Hotel manager and all the staff are superb. My husband, who suffers from a bad back, was not at all well on our 2nd day. He decided he needed to see someone about it. The hotel could not have been more helpful.WE spent the day in the city hospital, quite and experience!! However all was well and he was fine, but the manager and all staff were very attentive and kind. Dinner and lunch in the hotel was very good indeed, and a wide choice of food for breakfast. Again a modern clean and light room for dining, and outside on the fairly large terrace was excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the river and from all parts of the city. It is a hotel we would definitely return to, or try in another country if this is their regular standard. There are other restaurants not too far away, and an Italian restaurant had been recommended to us by a waiter from Roumania working in Lancashire., and although none of the staff were Italian we did have a very good meal!

the hotel has a great location. Probably the best in Prague. The staff were excellent and service are excellent too. the rooms are average nothing special which is surprising for a four season hotel. The food in the hotel is very good. The food outside the hotel in general is below average. The Czech realize that even if they gove bad service and serve terrible food people will still come to their restaurant and eat. So avoid eating at the square and any place that has tourist. When I say terrible food I mean it. We tried 5 different restaurants in the old town square and they all were terrible. One of them microwaved the food and served it. I am disappointed in Prague and won't go back there ever again. One of the worst cities in Europe. Despite the historic buildings people are programmed to use tourists in anyway possible.

My wife and I stayed at the Prague Four Seasons some ten (10) years ago. We were positively impressed. My brother and I stayed there last week and were equally impressed. The hotel staff and concierge were remarkably well trained, personal and friendly. I would recommend the Four Seasons to anyone travelling to Prague.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was wonderful! The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the food delicious and the housekeeping impeccable. The location is great as it is in Old Town. Our room had a view of the side street and we had no issues with noise. Prague is a lively city at night! Restaurant recommendations were spot on and the 1 hour boat tour is a great introduction to the city.

We loved where the hotel was located for sight seeing and restaurants. Wonderful service and the flowers in the entry will take your breath away. The morning rich was superb and over the top with the options. The spa was delightful, a little warm in the bathroom/locker room. It otherwise a real treat.

Had a great time with great service. The hotel is beautiful and the location can't be beat. This is the second time I have stayed there and I would go back any time my travels take me to Prague. Highly Recommended

From beginning to end the Four Seasons in Prague meet our needs exceptionally and the central location was perfect for our visit. I highly recommend this for a Prague visit. The staff were attentive and helpful in every interaction.
