Good hotel for Prague. Not the best four seasons we have stayed at. Good hotel car service. Restaurant decent. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Room was 2 floors which was the only thing they had available with balconey.
Beautifully located and designed. Georgeous orchid-filled lobby. Excellent restaurant. unfortunately , my wife became ill and had to be taken to a local hospital ny ambulance. The staff couldn't do enough for us during her hospitalization. They greeted me on arrival back at the hotel with earnest inquiries as to my wife's health.
One of the best hotels in prague The beds are amazing Best location in town The service was amazing as well They have nice italian restaurant in the hotel The hotel is old but very nice and nice finishing
The hotel was wonderful, great location and great service with one exception. Due to a flight delay, I asked if I could check out an hour later. So instead of a normal checkout time of noon, I asked for a 1pm checkout time. I was extremely disappointed and shocked that the front desk told me no. This is not the service I expect from a five star hotel like the Four Seasons.
Our large quiet room was comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed. Our daughter shared the room with us and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Great service made for a relaxing visit
Everything is first class, staff, room service. Check in easy and fast, room large, with comfortable bed and bathroom. excellent view from the room. Staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague
Everything was great. Perfect location in Prague. Perfect service, special check-in and check-out. Excellent restaurant, according to me one of the best in Prague. Very pleasant atmosphere. The beautiful floral decoration in the lobby has to please everyone.
My wife and I came to Prague to celebrate our one year anniversary and attend a friends wedding. We have stayed plenty of times in other FS chains around the world and were always satisfied with the level of service and quality. That's why it's sad to write this review about a chain we love so much. Therefore to start off with, I would like to write the things I do like and then tell you about the reason why I rated it one star. The decor and quality of the reasons are exceptional. They look amazing - it's Four Seasons standard. The hotel has a spa and swimming pool, fresh flowers and all the other luxuries you would expect from a FS. The problem is the staff... You will find a general mood that is unaccommodating, dismissive and at times rude. It doesn't resemble the hospitalIty you would expect for a luxury hotel. One thing in particular sets it aside from other FS chains. Whereas the staff in other FS chains we've stayed always tried to correct any mistakes - and go out of their way to be helpful - making sure the guests are satisfied; the FS staff in Prague do the opposite. They deliberately try to be as difficult as possible and argue too much to prove they are right and you're wrong. They turn simple things into big issues. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the treatment.
We had a wonderful stay; from the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons, they greeted us outside. From then on the bellman knew our name and greeted us everytime we left the hotel. The restaurant is excellent and the outside terrace has a lovely view of the river. I was most impressed with the little things: everyone knew our name, the bellman gave us umbrella because it was supposed to rain and they left Four Seasons bookmarks in our books.
Top rooms, great beds, no problems, Really incredible breakfast--especially the apple struddle. Great location by the river. Negative for me was no swimming pool. Fitness room OK Sitting and recumbent bikes, treadmill, crosstrainer, single 4 station weight machine. Too pricey for me--but somebody else paid. Thank God. Great experience.
