Four Seasons Hotel Prague5.0 out of 5.0

We have just returned from a four day trip to Prague and staying at the Four Seasons has made this trip even more special. The hotel is beautiful decorated and just the right size. We stayed at the Renaissance Room and it was just fabulous. Very spacious with high ceilings and plush interior. The overall service at the hotel is outstanding. The front desk and concierge staff could not have been more helpful in arranging dinner reservations or limousine service. The SPA staff (especially Jana and Monika) went above and beyond to assist. When I asked about the lovely (very subtle) scent you can detect in the hotel lobby and in your room, they not only delivered the home fragrance details to the room but also filled up a small sample to take home with me. By the way it is "Ambre du Nepal" ... just lovely! All in all, our experience was outstanding and we will definitely be back as Prague itself is worth another visit!
The place does not correspond the value paid at all. We went there as a family of five to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and none of us were left with a good feeling after staying and celebrating there. The staff is not friendly anywhere, starting from reception (apart from russian girl I guess her name was Sofia), restaurant and ending with spa. First of all, breakfast is not worth it, what you have a la carte is almost the same as buffet. So, it makes actually no sense to take both. The restaurant itself does not work properly. The most ridiculous thing was celebration of NY. We’ve pre-booked a table. When we saw a menu for which we’ve paid, we realised that we do not want to go for a dinner there (note, that menu was never sent to us either by email or even just to the room, so we had to do it ourselves on 31 of December) they told us we cannot cancel. Thus, we had to go there anyway. It was a mess with drinks there, but we will skip it. We were eating our dinner, and we saw people just coming outside from street and ordering per menu as usually. We were freaked out as we were never proposed to do so, moreover, we were refused when we’ve asked to do such. It was hard for me to understand why we were given such an attitude towards us. In conclusion to NY- our mood was totally destroyed. Next, when we were going there for usual dinner we were waiting for our dishes to come out for 30-40 minutes average. While our waiter was staying and laughing loud at the neighbouring table, which got me way too angry as we all wanted to eat and not watch the show of “who laughs louder”. Spa is VERY small, and if there are 5 persons in pool you will not be able to swim. By the end of our trip we were all exhausted from the service at the hotel, and they’ve tried to debit from us more than we were promised to due to (as we’ve been told) their “own rate”. I would not recommend Four Seasons in Prague at all. That is the way worst Four Seasons I’ve ever been to. P.S. be ready for staff to talk to you as if you owe them a lot of money.
Wonderful experience. Perfect Prague location near Old Town and Charles Bridge and an immaculate, up to date hotel. Best aspect was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Concierge services were particularly invaluable.
This was our second visit. Gorgeous rooms and beds. Delicious afternoon tea. Lovely Christmas choir. Unlike our first stay, we did not receive complimentary chocolates during the performance, or a welcome gift of chocolates in our room. Can you tell we like chocolate? Very impressed by Jakub (more than one), Ivan, Vit, Anna, Stanislav, Simon, Jitka, and Adela. We were charged £16 for two bottles of water in our minibar! We had to ask for more complimentary bottles of water to be delivered to our room, which we would have liked to have been replenished without asking. Errors were made on our bills, which reception promptly remedied. Still, this is a superb hotel, which we would always choose if we returned to Prague.
You can't pick a better location for a hotel in Prague. We drove into the city and it was very easy to navigate to the Hotel. The staff was excellent and very kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and service was fast and professional.
Great location and the room was beautiful. We were there for the Christmas Markets and and the New Year. It was truly a magical experience. If we go back we will be sure to stay at this hotel. The room service was exceptional!
The service here is stellar and without fault. Everyone from the front desk, to concierge, to room service, to housekeeping. All impeccable. Spa staff is as well. The rooms are immaculate, well-kept and apportioned, comfortable, quiet and the absolute perfect place to which to retire after a day spent exploring Prague. Wi-Fi strong throughout the property, bathrooms are clean, with the showers offering excellent water-pressure and hot water. Breakfast in the morning is huge and, in my case, was included in my room stay. It was delicious as well, and service in the restaurant is just as attentive and friendly as it was everywhere else. A perfect location too, right on the river, a stone's throw from the Charles Bridge, and within walking distance of just about everything you'll want to see/do. I simply cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. They went out of their way to make our stay even more magical, long before we even arrived (via email back and forth). Thank you Four Seasons Prague for truly living up to, and surpassing, the Four Seasons brand.
We stayed here for a New Year holiday. The hotel is conveniently located with very helpful staff. Check in was smooth, the room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was airy, clean and housekeeping did a great job in keeping things tidy during our stay. Breakfast at the hotel was a great experience and the gallery lounge in the lobby is a great place to spend some time. The concierge team are helpful and their recommendations were good. Tip: To dip into the vitality pool at the spa, it is a very nice experience.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Their concierge especially Stanislav Malek, is the most helpful ever. I get a reply via email within 5 minutes with very informative and helpful information. The Gallery lounge has amazing chocolate croissants and the server there, Barbara is fantastic. My son wanted cereal and she made sure to go to the restaurant and get it for him with milk. She is so friendly and helpful and has one of the loveliest smiles 😊. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, rooms and it’s lovely service
