The hotel is renovated and modern and comfortable. The surrounding area is perhaps not that great but you are opposite bus depot and near buses and trams.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff

A surprisingly large room with excellent facilities, so very good value for money. Staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of many interesting Prague sites. Breakfast was also very good.

Convenient but No A/C

Don't go in August, this hotel was not air-conditioned! A fan in the room made it barely tolerable. The young staff was helpful and knowledgeable with directions. Right across the street from a police station, and close to Old Town and the Metro.

Reasonable price but don't expect too much

Hotel was in a good location for the coach station and metro station... We were leaving to Bratislava from the coach station just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was a bit cool and we feel a little bit disappointed. But overall it was alright the room was spacious but with some insects.

Clean and affordable.

We booked the Florenc as a place to go after checking out of another hotel as we had a late bus back to Zurich and the Florenc was next to the bus station, so we didn't spend the night. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly. My wife would probably want a little bit nicer room to stay in, but I thought it would have been fine for my needs and it is very affordable for those on a budget. The hotel is very close not only to the bus station, but the Florenc subway stop, which means you can get around Prague very easily. The neighborhood seemed fine to me, but as I said, we weren't there to spend the night although we did go out to catch an 11:30 PM bus.

Great location, easy walking in Prague

I intended only staying two nights but the hotel was in the perfect area, only 10 minute walk to sights and the bed was so comfortable I ended up booking 3 more nights. Breakfast was included in the great price, the saff were very helpful, especially when i only speak english and travelling alone. So all in all very happy with my stay at Hotel Florenc. Excellent location for bus depot and metro station.

Close to metro station

The hotel was really closed to the metro station, about 3 minutes walk. The hotel itself was alright, but the ladies from the reception were really helpful and friendly!

Good economy hotel near the bus station

Hotel has a great location, directly across from the main Prague bus station and a metro station (Florenc). Front desk staff was helpful and spoke English. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. It is a good hotel for an overnight in Prague at a reasonable price. The only disappointment was that I was not able to connect to the wireless internet, even after trying several key codes from the front desk.

This hotel has great location, even is quiet. The main bus station is opposite. The subway is beside and 10min.by walk to the biggest shopping mall in the city center. The room is clean, bathroom, tv. I will recommend you this hotel for 100%. And the price is really nice. The breakfast is poor but , who is awake so early..haha :-)

Hotel confortável instalações novas e bem localizado está a poucos minutos da linha de metro , de ônibus e tram que rapidamente levam ao centro da cidade! Os recepcionistas são acessíveis e simpáticos! A única ressalva são os quartos que ficam entre os andares do prédio números 100,200,300.....não tem acesso completo de elevador e necessitam de usos escada e, então se puder evitem, principalmente se estiver com muita bagagem!
