Good and friendly Service, if we needed something or asked for information, they helped us right away. Very nice rooms. Good breakfast. And also spa with sauna. Good location. Gonna recommend this to everyone going to Prague!
Good amenities, free breakfast, fairly good location, walking distance to the old town tourist area and main square. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The location close to tourist attractions and public transportation are the main positive points.
I have stayed 3 times at this hotel and every time it has been a perfect stay Very good service, very good prices, very good rooms and perfect location close to the city center I would recommend anyone to stay herr
We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautifully appointed hotel in Prague. Our room was luxurious , a suite with window seats and a fantastic view. The hotel is close to transport and within walking distance of most attractions on the Prague must see list. A quiet hotel with delectable breakfasts and a lovely bar. Staff were very helpful.
Situated nearby the railway-station, metro and the center is is a nice and quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful people whom have time to explain and help. Breakfast is a real feast with a huge amount of good, fresh products. Rooms are clean and practical. One minus: In the breakfastroom some tables are set nearby the airco and there you are freezing.
As a couple visited a beautiful city of Prague in June 2017. Stayed in Falkensteiner Hotel Maria Prag and we fully recommend the hotel. Rooms are decent size, beds very comfortable, there are no noises from outside, breakfast standard and nice touch is Nespresso machine in the room. Hotel is really close to the main train station so it is easy to come from the airport ( used Airport express bus) and on the other side only a short walk the city center - Wenceslas square (500 meters away) and a bit more to the Staromestske namesti ( Old town square). Be sure to visit also Prague castle and Mala strana neighborhood which has a special character on its own.
Other reviewers have pointed out some of the great qualities of this hotel. But it bears repeating: this is an excellent option for Prague. It is close enough to top tourist spots and transit options without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I wanted to also mention that several good restaurants are nearby if you just want a low-key spot with tasty food. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!
We wanted something close to the train station and within walking distance of the major sites. The hotel is perfect for both those things. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was bountiful and you won't go hungry. Many reviews speak of huge rooms. We must've had one of the smallest ones, but it was fine as we were only there two nights. My only complaint was with the shower. In our room (417) the design makes it better utilized as a tub. Try as we might, we got a lot of water all over the floor and had to lay down rather thin towels to sop it up both nights. Also, we asked about booking massages and was promised a return call but never heard back. It ultimately didn't matter but it was a curious service blip in an otherwise lovely stay.
I was here with my bestfriend. We had so fun! She has stayed here before, and she loved it, so we booked this again. The hotel is so nice! The people were really fun and happy, well mostly the guys who worked there. We maked friends with people in there, and they were always so helpful and helped us with were we could eat and took us to a "concert". We had realy fun when we were there! Loved this place, and I sure will come back again! They sure remember us as well.. haha Looking forward to come back! :D Can't remember exact date, but it was a few years ago.
We chose the Falkensteiner Hotel Maria Prag because of its location close to the train station. Upon arrival we checked into our good sized comfortable room, the reception staff were helpful booking activities for our 3 day stay, also the staff in the dining area deserve special mention for the lovely breakfast on offer and the attention to detail and efficient service provided. I also appreciated the help I received in having a item returned to me that I left behind on departure, Great service.
