Quaint building, very close to the tourist areas of Prague, close to two subway stops (and two different lines), so very easy to get almost anywhere in the city. the streets around it are a bit busy in terms of car traffic.

Close to subway system and to the main plaza. Room was outdated but it actually had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast was wonderful with pretty much anything you needed.

Romana call her private cab He over charge 200% I have business meeting They call aaa taxie they charge 1/3 the price She do nothing Worst hotel i stay at!!!!!!!!!

A good value for money; however, definitely not a 4-star by North American standard. 3-star at the best. given its walkable distance (10 minutes) to the main train station, 2-3 minute walk to Museum metro stop and midpoint between new town and Vinohradska. It took about 30 mintues to walk to Charles Bridge. The general decor is a bit dated but room and bathroom size is generous and there are a facy few restaurants and night clubs/lounges around. Not as centrally located as hotels in old town but it serves the purpose when staying in Prague and saves some money.

Major ordeal with police threats and problem of double payment- Problem arose with their lack (Supposedly) of our payment in advance method versus european method of reserve and then pay

It is definitely among the best hotels (if not the best) I ever stayed for money paid. Nice location, quiet nicely decorated room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Two drawbacks: (i) the room has no ventilation, thus there is a permanent smell - you can't open the window due to street noise and (ii) the shower exists without a curtain, its is assumed that you shower sitting in the bath, it is a certain inconvenience.

Everything was perfect...except a receptionist who was very rude. I think, she needed a break. But all-in-all, a perfect holiday and best location to stay.

they need heavier lock on the doors! in fact our dog learnt to open them and was wandering the hallways when we weren't looking, so careful if you have kids. rooms were big, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very well located and the price was very competitive (60€/night). The room was neat, clean and calm, but the whole building is quite ordinary and has no charm. Looks more like a business place than a romantic getaway. The breakfast was not very appealing and we actually skipped it 2 days out of 3. Overall, still a very good deal for the price if you're not looking for that special touch that will make the stay absolutely unique.

we are left with a positive overall impression. Good location in terms of shopping and attractions. The room was romantic and me and my girlfriend had a good time.
