Very large room. Nice breakfast friendly staff
Its a very good place and location
This hotel had a very good value versus quality. Location was good. 2mn from Florenc metro station. 6mn from the Palladium mall. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was good. I really recommend this hotel.
A qualitt hotel with an efficient service. Good breakfast.
Good location. I liked the hotel. Ea i will came back
We would stay there again.. And that's saying a lot.
I booked a 2 night stay at EA Embassy Prague Hotel last week. We came in an hour before check-in and were told to come back at 2pm to check into our room. When we came back, we were told they were over booked and did not have a room available. I was caught off guard and shocked, especially since we were there just an hour earlier and were told our room would be available at 2pm. We were given the "option" of staying at their sister hotel EA Esprit close to town. Not having any other choice, we were transported to the Esprit hotel in the middle of old town. We purposefully DID NOT want to stay in the middle of Old Town because of the noise (The esprit hotel was cheaper than the Embassy hotel). I would never recommend this hotel chain nor will I stay in any EA hotel again.
My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the place as soon as we walked in. The staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was amazing, and the breakfast they have included was the best we've ever had from a hotel. It's only a 15 minute walk from Old Town Square and the wifi is free. Very enjoyable experience!
I stayed at the Marriott in Prague prior to the Art Embassy Hotel, and I liked this one much better. Breakfast was included, the internet was free, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly
The hotel has one of the best locations in Prague. The hotel is near the river, near the main city square, and with access to the many musical event locations in Prague because it is close to a major Metro station (red and yellow lines). And it is far enough away from main streets to be quiet. The hotel is very well kept and spacious. Excellent breakfast and within walking distance of many dining establishments including an excellent combined Czech and Italian restaurant just around the corner.
The hotel was great! Not being familiar with Prague, it was a little farther out than I expected. It is about two blocks from the Florenc metro. Still pretty close. The staff was super nice and helpful. They let us check-in early when we arrived, so we could start our day of sight seeing. They also let us check our bags at the hotel after check-out so we could continue to sight-see before our plane left that night. The breakfast was good. The mattress was firm, but from what I could tell from other hotel bed photos, these beds were 100 times better. The hotel has a boutique interior atmosphere. Spacious rooms and nice restrooms. There was some hair on the floor in the bathroom, but overall very clean. I spent a long time researching hotels in Prague and this one was the nicest one and the closest one at the price we got it for. Also, this hotel has air conditioning, non-smoking rooms, and one bed instead of twins. I would stay at this hotel again.
Very friendly, professional, attractive, and helpful staff (female staff were stunningly beautiful). Rooms were clean and modern. I would give 5 stars except for the following: No pay per view movies in the rooms, No ice machines, No vending machines, Limited TV channels in English, Bed mattress uncomfortably hard. Excellent location near Tram and Metro.
