Great value hotel, massive room with good sitting area, breakfast buffet and 5mins from everything! Room on 3rd floor overlooking street and no problem with noise. Easy to get to main areas and close to Metro and other transport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel Basic, staff very helpful. Rooms big and clean. Would have been better if they supplied shampoo and soap or at least let people know when booking. Free tea and coffee at reception was a great idea. Taxi transfer from airport worked very well, great to have a fridge in room and also a safe no extra charge. Breakfast was good and did the job. Location was excellent and within walking distance of most tourist spots.5mins to square.

My friend and I have just come back from a 3 night stay in Prague and enjoyed it immensely. We were lucky to find an online deal with British Airways for £198 which included flights, accommodation and breakfast so we booked it! The Cloisters hotel is 3 stars, and had everything we needed. It's within easy walking distance of everything. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. They serve continental style breakfast. We had it the first morning, but when you're spending all day walking around Prague we found that we were hungry by midday; so we decided to go to the local Irish Pub for a full English breakfast and that kept us going until 7.30pm and you didn't need to buy lunch, only an ice cream if you fancied one. If you do, then have a 'Chiminee' they're yummy and VERY filling! I would also recommend the Czech beer, very nice and cheaper than soft drinks. We also booked Prague Airport Transfers to fetch us to and from the airport. Great service! It's a 30 minute drive to the hotel costing £18 , plus they gave us a little book on Prague, a map and a free 4 hour walking tour voucher. You don't really need to book any tours as you can walk everywhere.

We have just returned from 4 days staying at this wonderful little hotel, Adam on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, spoke brilliant English, my friend and I had single rooms, each had very comfortable double bed, bathroom was extremely clean and shower was fab. Free water and beer in fridge in room which was a lovely thought. Free coffee and tea in lounge in reception, great tasting coffee. Hotel was perfect position for access to town. Down a quiet little cobbled street. Hotel breakfast was good, fresh yogurts, fruit, meats, cheese, bread pastries, toast, fruit juices, eggs, sausages. Tea and coffee. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel from 9 - 12 May inclusive and were very impressed with both the spotless cleanliness and the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the reception team. They could not have done more to make our stay memorable. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Old Town Square and the market.which makes it easy to gain access to the tours of the city whether by hop on/off bus, retro open top car or horse and carriage. One small caveat. The buffet breakfast can become very crowded at times and on our last morning we went out to the bar at the end of the street which has a good breakfast menu, including a Czech version of the "Full English"!!

We spent four nights here. The rooms are quite large for the class of hotel. The rooms are clean, but plain. There is one soap dispenser so we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were many other complaints about the extra firm mattresses, but we found them comfortable. Our room was in the "A" section, which was a long way from the breakfast area. Even entering the lobby to come and go, our room was a long walk away for a hotel. We were on the front side and the first night, when we slept with the windows open because it was warm, we were kept awake with the drunks across the street yelling as they came out of the bars. It was very irritating and we asked to either be moved or given the air conditioner controls so we could run the fan. They gave us the controls and the rest of the stay was quite pleasant because it covered the noise. The breakfast was okay, but did not vary so it became old. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the beer in the fridge when we arrived was a nice touch!

This was our 3rd stay at Cloister Inn. The hotel is in a great location. Very close to old town square and Charles Bridge but in a quiet street. Rooms was large and comfortable and there was a small selection of complimentary drinks in mini bar included. Breakfast we good and varied. Friendly helpful staff. Free tea and coffee in reception. Plenty of bars and eating places close by. Will definitely stay here if visiting Prague again.

A few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, with excellent local restaurants and bars. The Cloisters Inn hotel has high ceilinged rooms with practical storage and space. We were welcomed with 2 local beers in the fridge and 2 litres of water. Our room overlooked the road but had two layers of sealed double glazed units and sound insulation on the door. Very quiet. The showers was powerful with plenty of hot water. No tea making facilities but has free teas and coffee machine in the foyer. We took a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel as part of a package with British Airways at a very reasonable price. The hotel is in a quiet street in a central location about a 10 min walk from Charles Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there was free coffee available in the foyer all day. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection and the fresh juice was the best I have had in a hotel.

I can rate this hotel 8/10 .its has a perfect location and walking distance to almost all the landmarks of prague including charles bridge, christmas market with lots of shops and restaurants is also accessible to all mode of transport.staffs are very friendly ans helpful.the room was clean and of execellent size.the breakfast foods were lovely and lots of choices.the hotel lounge was warm and comfy and you can have a free tea or coffee of your choice awaiting in the lobby.I can not find any fault of this hotet and I highly recommend the place and would defenitely comeback again for prague holiday.thank you for an execellebt service
