Cheap and cheerful

The hotel was quite a walk from the center of town, and 15 minutes from the train station up a hill. The room was clean, but dated, tv a kettle, clean towels and the room got cleaned everyday. We were happy for the price , we didn’t have breakfast but it would have been only 6 euros each.

Just booked the room was clean comfortable the very cosy as outside was -8. Was worried room would be cold. Would definitely go back. 24 hr reception cover.

As my partner is an invalid it was a little difficult and far for him to walk to the room ( as there is no lift.) I asked if they could shift us a little closer but they said it was all booked out The staff were nice. The breakfast was great.

Good Clean Friendly Hotel

Despite a few minor issues that the Reception Staff sorted out very quickly, this little gem of a Hotel was more than worth the money. It is not in the 'Old Town' but a tram ride of only three stops and your are there. We loved the feeling that the Hotel is not in a tourist area, this made our experience even more enjoyable.The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful with making bookings for us and guiding us to the best local restaurants again full of locals.The breakfast was varied and fresh although if you are anything like me and like a good cuppa in the morning best take your own.

Unfriendly hotel with dog poo everywhere on street

There is no milk in the room. There is no coffee in the room. Only tea bags and sugar. One has to be prepared to drink black tea only. Linen is not changed on the request. They should put it on advertisement that they do not change linen with in 5 days. There is no bath tub as advertised. There is no toiletry such as shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. Only wall mounted soap gel was available. Clearlners did not put cleaned new cups. They put dirty should stained cups. That was disgraceful

Avoid this hotel

Do not pay more than 30 euros MAX per night for a room here, it is not worth the money at all. Our heater didn't work, then in a different room, our shower curtain was moldy. Took them a day to change it after notifying them about it twice. They obviously do not take care of their property. Be cautious of good reviews for this place, they are most likely locals in Prague or probably friends to the hotel to raise the rating up. We stayed over New Year's 2017 and were SO ripped off by the price we paid. Avoid this hotel. The only redeeming quality was finding an awesome bar with fantastic food nearby, called Acropolis.

Friendly helpful staff

Very enjoyable stay in Prague. The hotel was very quiet, clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good value. Would certainly go there again and would recommend to friends.

Nice room for the price

Stayed one night. Only complaint would be we couldn't get the TV to work but that's not really an issue for us because everything else was good and we weren't really interested in watching it anyways.
