The hotel was beautiful, the rooms big, the linen clean and most importantly (for me at least), the bathrooms were spacious, clean, modern and spicy (yes spicy! - they were red titled with dragons mosaics). The arrival and departure procedures were handled quickly and despite the language barrier, housekeeping and reception did their best to accommodate my requests. Would certainly come back to this hotel again!!
I can't imagine a better place to stay while in Prague. The hotel is perfectly situated a few blocks from the major tourist sites, but away from the chaos. Breakfast is exquisite and there is something for everyone there----including Prosecco to seize the day! From the unique room decor, beautiful bathrooms and amazing chocolates, who could want more?
All of the best of east meets west in one space. I stayed here when I first arrived in Prague and it did not disappoint. I've been trying to recreate the "white lotus" cocktail ever since, but alas it's one of a kind. The room is amazing, comfy beds with state of the art electronics. I've also stayed in their Budapest location. And I'm staying here again next week even though I still have my flat around the corner in prime shopping district near shops Prada, etc. that's just how much I love it here!!!!
Stared at this hotel for 2 nights in June 2017 for my birthday. Great location rooms are really nice staff are really nice & helpful. Breakfast was good lots of choice. The main bar is a good place to start your night [Great Cocktails..] Only bad point was the bed was really hard depending on your preference apart from that cannot fault it. And the shower is open [No Doors]
Nice place but corridors were dark, too much hifi in the rooms. Cafe machine was in totally wrong place and cafe capsules were not filled. No vanitysets, only one when we arrived. In this price very poor. When going to a trip, I do wish that time spent in hotel is relaxing, not thinking about how curtains works. Also tv channels poor.
Having been to the Buddha-Bar restaurant/bar in Paris, twice, I had high expectations for the hotel in Prague. I was not disappointed. Loved the ambience, room, staff and location. On a smaller side street with a very short walk to old town square, Charles Bridge, etc. Double windows were very sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and didn't hear any street noise. The bed was super comfortable and the size of the room very spacious (Premiere @ 430 sq ft) with a bay window, plenty of closet/storage space and a great bathroom. Prior to the trip I emailed the hotel to arrange private excursion to Kutna Hora and ask general questions - they were prompt and super helpful. We had dinner at the Buddha Bar restaurant one night - excellent - followed by after dinner cocktails in the lounge. Would absoulutely stay here again and highly recommend.
Great birthday treat. The hotel is small, smart, cosy, clean and luxurious, with every electronic gismo imaginable. At the same time it is just five minutes' walk from the main square, so you have the best of modern and ancient at your fingertips. The bar and restaurant are good and serving staff friendly, so you can fuel up before setting out to see the bridge and other attractions. When we arrived the heating didn't work in our room (stuck on maximum setting), but this was sorted out immediately. You can always judge a good hotel by the way it handles things not just when they go right, but also when they go wrong. We are picky, but can recommend this thoroughly, especially if you're a couple seeking a memorable weekend break. Best avoided by families with kids. It's not really for you.
We arrived at midnight fdue to a delayed flight and the porter as waiting to take our luggage up while we checked in smoothly. The hotel is not big and the breakfast area roomy and not crowded. The windows of the breakfast area face onto a thin Prague street where one can watch the pedestrian traffic. Walking out the hotel and one finds oneself within easy distance of everyhing..the squares, the Charles bridge, the Paladium Shopping Centre. As for shopping, the old-new town is great for ladies. Rooms were well serviced and concierge always helpful.
Lovely location, center of Prague. The hotel has a special romantic atmosphere .. Everything brings you directly in the mysteries of China . Class in the details and French elegance.. The staff is very helpful and professional .. Excellent breakfast à la carte.
This is a theme hotel with some luxury. The rooms are quite special and no expense has been spared. Very comfy beds, automatic everything, even a shower toilet!! Yes, don't play with the handheld control before reading the instructions----like I did. The location is perfect, easy walk to most attractions. This is a boutique hotel 38 rooms and in the basement they have as you might guess from the name, a massive bar/ lounge and very popular. Unfortunately we were too knackered each night so we just walked through but it seemed excellent. This is not a cheap hotel but meals were good and reasonably priced. In fact, Prague is very reasonably priced. One bad experience was the taxi drivers at the train station who wanted Euros 25 for a $5 ride and were rude and aggressive as well. Make sure all cabs have and use their meters. Lovely city, nice hotel.
