Amazing place. Nice stuff very welcoming and helpfull. Very good, rich breakfast. Good location. .The room is spacious. We travelled with a baby and felt very good . Everybody were helpful and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We have just spent three nights in this wonderful hotel. If I could give this 6 stars I would. Staff were lovely, the room was amazing, wonderful comfy bed and a huge bathroom with all the necessary toiletries etc. A tray with tea and coffee was provided (with good quality tea bags!) Four bottles of free water and use of a free smartphone for our stay, loaded with Google maps - no chance of getting lost in the myriad streets of beautiful Prague. The continental breakfast had everything you could wish for. They even had an umbrella in the room should you need it on wet days. Being only about 2 minutes walk from the top of Wenceslas Square, the location is really good. If we ever return to Prague, we will definitely be staying here. We also used the hotel services for the airport pick up and drop off - very prompt and courteous service here too. (Suggestion: you have to walk down the stairs at least once to admire the staircase)
We have visited your beautiful city Prague on our honeymoon. Everything was great till staff knocked our bedroom(!) on our last day. We have been told that we need to pay 3700 czk for a little liquid damage to our mattress. It was shocking to learn that they have 'NO INSURANCE' for a little damage in a big hotel!. We also been told that we cannot pay it with our card as it is 'AN ILLEGAL TRANSECTION'. It was our last day and we did not had much cash. We managed to took 2500 czk out, as we can only take certain amount from ATM a day. Staff made a phone call and managed to take price down to 2000 from 3700 czk!!. We found it very expensive as entire holiday cost us about 13.000 and tiny damage cost 3700 czk(!). Unfortunately, we had to pay it, and we had only taxi money left to go back to airport. It was such a disappointment as it ruined our honeymoon. We are not planning to go back to the Seven days Boutique hotel again ever. Not suggesting to anyone.
We stayed at this hotel for a weekend break away and what a brilliant experience it was. We could not fault it in any way it is in a good location within easy walking distance of the attractions. The rooms were spacious and selflessly clean. The staff were most welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant great choice. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return there again
Hotel located in prague 2, near the metro (piazza vinceslao) and tram stops that allow you to visit the city. The staff always available and kind. The room very nice, comfortable and clean. And finally the space and the quality of the breakfast, rich and perfect to start the day. A beautiful hotel, I recommend it!
I stayed in this hotel in March 14-17. It’s 4 stars hotel, was nice and clean. I had a room on 2nd level. Room was okay, tv, safe, small fridge, clean towels every day, a bottle of water(only on first day) and 2 bags of tea and 1 Nescafe coffee. Restaurant & Bar is on floor G, nice.Delicious food!!! low rates. Nice friendly people. Hotel will provide a smart phone with unlimited calls & data @ free of cost
Stayed for 3 nights on the romantic package witch is great value as a previous review have outlined really enjoyed the free sauna and jacuzzi . Eat in the restaurant one and the bar other two nights and the food was excellent .The staff from the reception to bar to the restaurant could not have been nicer and spoke very good english . Excellent Hotel
Great location for those who want to walk to the main tourist attractions. The rooms are large, including a large bathroom, bed very comfortable, breakfast offered is very good, food purchased from the lobby bar was very nice, not considered expensive, beverages were a reasonable price, overall service was very good. Staff were all pleasant, taxi price from hotel to train station around 200 koruna. Some excellent restaurants nearby, supermarkets also walking distance and we also found a laundromat in walking distance. A ver good hotel for our visit to Prague.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on first week of March. The room and the hotel grounds designed in vintage style with a lot of wood and paintings on the walls but nothing feels dated or old. The stuff was very polite and friendly, all spoke very good english. We got and opener and a couple of glasses for a bottle of wine we bought outside the hotel without any questions. I think we got a freshly renovated room as it was spotless clean and everything in the bathroom looked brand new. Also, on the first day we saw some workers working in one of the rooms on our floor (they didn't make much noise and left at around 20:00). The bed was big and comfortable. The room was heated by centralized AC which worked great and was pretty quite. There were few pleasant and very useful surprises in the room - a free to use smartphone with data (it has some advertisement apps, but otherwise it works well), a big umbrella in case you need one, few free of charge small bottles of water and a kettle with some instant coffee and tea bags. Bathrobes and slippers cost us some extra, but it was pretty cheap. Free WiFi works fast and stable. The breakfast is nice with good quality and sufficient variety, it doesn't change much between the days though. There is a spa in the hotel which we didn't get to use. This hotel is not considered to be close to the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) (it can take around 20 minutes to walk there) but it was one of the reasons why the surrounding are so quite and not crowded, which we loved. Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) is just few minutes walking distance with all the shops, tourist centers and transport you might need. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money.
Can't rate this ornate hotel highly enough. Booked online directly with the hotel and as we were staying for three nights (wish it could have been more) we had a superior room, robes and slippers, free bottled water, free taxi pick-up from the airport and a free river cruise. The Extras provided for free also included the use of a smart phone, umbrella (we didn't need it), a postcard with free postage and a birthday gift! Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection at breakfast. Great value for money. Tip: Deliberately picked a hotel away from the Centre (15 mins walk to Old Town Square). We walked a different route into the Centre each day which meant we saw a lot more of the city. Tip: Our first night was Sat (stayed Sat, Sun and Mon nights) and at breakfast on Sun morning there was a glass of fizz and a live pianist. Hotel ratings for service, cleanliness and value for money all 5* (iPad wouldn't let me select individual ratings).
