We have stayed in this charming hotel i Praha the last five autums now. We love this hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is very good with both cold and warm dishes. The rooms are beautiful with old furniture. We will definately stay here again next time in Praha.
Me and my husband stayed at this hotel in November for 3 nights, and had a fantastic stay. We had an upgrade to a deluxe room, which was well appointed and incredibly spacious. The bathroom had a bath and shower, water pressure and temp excellent, the bed was huge and comfortable, we had a sofa and writing desk with tea and coffee facilities. Our room was ready when we arrived, even though we were there about 5 hours early. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the cooked options were well done. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also great, 15mins walk from Prague Castle, 10 from the Charles bridge and just a very nice, cute, quiet area of the city. Tons of options to eat and drink nearby. The room was also great value, we would definitely recommend to other travellers to Prague.
I knew nothing about Prague and used Trip Advisor to find this hotel. It was excellent except we were put in the part of the building that didn't have an elevator and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The size of the room was enormous. I really liked that they sent me an email prior to my arrival asking if I wanted transportation to the hotel, which I used and it was excellent. They also sent lots of information about what to do in Prague. I choose the location of this hotel because it wasn't in the center of the city and I was very glad I did. This hotel is one block from the U.S. Embassy (this I did not know) and a 15 minute walk to the Castle. They do not have a restaurant but have agreements with other hotel restaurants and give a discount. One of the best surprises was their incredible breakfast. I can't say enough about the freshness of the food, the variety and great taste. I highly recommend this hotel.
We agree with all the positive remarks. Good, quiet hotel slightly away from the 'tourists' but ideally located for all attractions. Lovely breakfast. My gluten free needs well catered for. Wonderful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Room large and very clean. A present of chocolates appeared in the room as a birthday treat. A couple of higher grade wine/ spirit bars on the doorstep and the nearby St Martin restaurant well worth a visit.
This is an amazing place in the centre of Mala Strana area. The staff is incredible, the service is superb, the location is quiet and the rooms are lovely. We spent there 5 nights and very extremely astonished by everything in the hotel/ Highly recommended
The hotel star rating is often confusing. To me, this is a 3 star hotel with all the basics that a hotel needs. It is clean and cared for but the layout is rather cramped (breakfast restaurant especially in the reception area) and is a building that was not intended for a hotel but converted to that purpose. Honestly, I feel the word "boutique" is inaccurately used. The car park is fun if you have a big family car. Anything like an Audi A4 or BMW 3 series is a major challenge for the car park.
Stayed 4 nights 2 weeks ago. Great stay, all around. Very helpful staff, perfect location, very nice room and great breakfast. Ask for room 44, bedroom, living room, large bathroom and balcony. All for a great price. Best value in Prague!
From arrival the receptionist was very informative pointing out somewhere we could drink and eat after our late arrival at 10pm.We had to find our room by ourselves though which wasn't that great however the room was stunning and was in traditional Prague deco. The room came with its own private balcony, robes and slippers and also its own Coffee Maker. The whole hotel is immaculate and the breakfast was impressive since it came free with the room. The hotel is situated in the area of Mala Strana half way up to the castle so eases that walk a bit. No negative feedback from me on Boutique Hotel Costans .
I recommend this hotel highly. Good value, good location, very comfortable. Near the embassies, within 10 minute walk to tram stop, restaurants, the castle, and the Charles Bridge. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order. Because we booked directly through their website, we were upgraded to a larger room with a sitting area, fridge.
Very nice boutique in upper Lesser Town! The front desk workers were friendly and great with service to the rooms and ordering Transport but we’re not well informed about the various tourist sites in Prague
