We visited as two couples and my God what an amazing hotel. Really old world decadence, made us feel like aristocracy being waited on hand and foot in a palatial hotel or relaxing with a cognac and a cigar in the luxuriously appointed smoking room this hotel was top class! Recommended

Located a little away from the main district, but all in all a good location. It's easy to travel to main attractions. We stayed at the Junior suit, it was something. The staff is excellent at all service levels. The breakfast needs a special mention, what a spread, also with live counters. The bar was amazing. The restaurant staff went out of their way to sort out our special dietary requirements.

This hotel is strategically located near the train station and major landmarks. The service is excellent; I believe it has one of the best service in comparison with the other hotels I've stayed in Europe. And the buffet breakfast has a good spread with quality food

Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are as you'd expect and some have extra features like sky lights on the top floor. The lobby is great, and staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. Almost too polite at times. Great price for Eastern Europe, close to shopping and the square.

A classy hotel with lovely communal areas which we spent quite a lot of time in waiting for our room to be ready, as the previous guests hadn't vacated it by 4pm. The staff were very nice, but made the problem worse by not telling the truth. if we had known it was going to be 2 hours we wouldn't have hung around. When we finally got the key it wouldn't work and as I was downstairs changing it, someone was let into the room!! The manager Peter was very apologetic and offered dinner in the restaurant that evening which was very nice. The junior suite was well appointed and spacious. The bed was comfortable with great pillows and bedding. The Wifi was intermittent - when it worked it was great, but it kept going down. The next morning we ordered two English breakfasts and got a pot of English Breakfast tea with our lattes & no food! The shower pulsed very hot and cold which was quite dangerous! The spa is great with a good sized pool. There is also a sauna and steam room. On check out day we were hassled by the maid to vacate the room several times before check out time, which was very rude considering our terrible check in! The receptionist then messed up the card payment and they had to check if we had been charged twice! As I said the manager was very nice and tried to put things right but it made for quite a frustrating experience in lovely surroundings!!! It only takes 10 mins to get to old town & shopping mall ( right right left!) and its nice to be slightly away from the masses !

Boscolo Prague is a lovely place to stay. It is not far from Old Prague and many of the major attractions in Prague. The staff delivers an outstanding customer service Exploring the hotel grounds, It seems like the beautiful and fancy floors is limited to levels 1 - 3 while four appears to be an addition to the building and it lacks the same luxury ambiance.

Arrived at Prague Boscolo for a 3 day stay while vacationing with another couple. The lobby of the hotel looked beautiful. We were dismayed to learn that our confirmed reservation had been "lost" and the hotel would not be able to accommodate us. The couple we were traveling with had no problem checking in. I had made these reservations months in advance and had a confirmation number. The hotel apologized profusely and drove us to the Marriott about 5 minutes away. We were very upset as it looked like people were arriving at the hotel and being checked in after us. None of it made sense. Ultimately the Marriott was a nicer hotel, larger and newer room. The Boscolo did comp us for our first night at Marriott so we had a happy ending.

We stayed at this hotel prior to our River Cruise. I had done my research on this hotel prior to arriving and found it to be pretty much as described by other past guests. As we were part of a tour group, we did not have the best of rooms. Our room had no view other than a white wall. However, the room itself was fine. As we were there for only 2 nights, there wasn't much point in unpacking our suitcases and only 1 valet was available in the room to place your suitcase. We had to situate our other case on the table that the TV was placed on. The food at breakfast was all you would ever want. As we arrived quite tired we opted to lunch and have our dinner at the New York Café. The food was just OK and we found it to be quite expensive for what we had. Anyone with any kind of mobility may find it hard climbing the steps leading to the foyer. Check in and check out was good. Although we had asked for a wakeup call on the first morning, which never happened. Excuse was that our phone was off the hook??? Could have been disastrous if you were catching a flight or had an important appointment. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is situated in a nice area with close walking distance to many restaurants and of course their town squares. We wished we had more time to spend in Prague. What a wonderful city. We hope to return in the near future.

This hotel strikes a good balance between old-world charm and modern amenities. It's central location offers each access to all the main tourist attractions in the city, and the spa is a welcome relief after hours of walking on cobblestone. We had a large junior suite overlooking the street. It was quiet and comfortable, with a good shower and a large, marble bathroom. Everything was immaculate. Suggestion for the mobility-challenged: ask for a rook with an accessible shower--our required climbing in and out of a very high bathtub. My only complaint was the level of service we received from the concierge. Not only did he not inform us that the taxi we'd ordered was waiting outside, he called a cab that charged us twice what the return trip (called by the restaurant) cost us. When it comes to concierge service, trust, but verify.

Very pleasant hotel and ambience. Beautiful common areas, fantastic breakfast and very good wellness centre. Repeat visit, first with children, second without but both very enjoyable. Breakfast and access to wellness worth paying for. Very good location for travelling by train and access to city centre is a stroll away. Room views are not particularly great unless you book premium.
