A great location. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine,as you'd expect... only issue was that for 3 mornings on the trot the coffee pot was empty and we had to ask for it filing up! February seemed quiet ... that suited us fine, we would happily return ...

I stayed there for a weekend trip to Prague. I had a suite which was very spacious and nice. One negative point to mention is, that the toilet is in the hallway and not as the rest of the bathroom next to the bedroom. That is a not perfect when you lie in bed and to get there you have to cross all the livingroom. The bed is a nice king size and verry comfortable to sleep in (after you got rid off all the pillows on the bed) The breakfast is simple with not that many choices especialy for bread, but what they have tasted good. One big negative point I have to mention is, that when I asked if it is possible to stay in the room a bit longer, despite the fact I am member of their loyalty program is that they would charge me extra! I never had that in any hotels of Barcelo I stayed in.

Fire regulation breach. We stayed in room 205 between 23-26 November 2017. On arrival I checked the fire escape route as I always do since the Grenfell Tower fire, where sixty people died due to the lack of usable fire exists. The fire exit belonging to our room was blocked off with disused furniture and other flammable objects. I notified the front desk staff immediately, but my complaint wasn’t taken seriously. The attached picture was taken 2 days after my complaint, at the end of our stay, showing the obstacles still uncleared. I notified the local Council in Prague I and the Fire Marshall. After the recent fire in the Eurostars David Hotel, I will press the issue again.

It is shuttled in the old city of Prague. It is a renovated old building. I didn't taste breakfast. They could have a better bed and pillows. They upgrade me to suite for free. You can even hear the old clock from the room!

Lovely location in the middle of everything in Prague (Old Town Square, shopping areas...). The rooms are standard 4* rooms, quite modern and clean style which is a nice contrast to the old building the hotel is in. However, I missed a little more “personality”...

Booked a junior suite deluxe for my parents in this hotel. The location is very central and it's just few minutes by walk to Old town square and Republic square, where are also a big shopping centers : Palladium and Kotva. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities. Also, there is a nice view Wi-fi was free and fast, ironng facilities are available under request. There is no available shoes and bathrobes, but it is possible to purchase it for 8 EUR per person. Minibar has a variety of choice. Housekeeping services were good, just that they did not replenish all the things like coffee but that was not a big problem. Reception staff is very friendly and gives all the necessary information. We also enjoyed the new year's eve dinner which was in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was very delicious. I want to thank all the staff for their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel. :-)

Booked a short break to Prague to see in the new year to explore the city. Hotel is in an excellent location for this being no more than a 5 minute walk fro the old town square, 10 minute walk to Charles bridge. Wenceslas square was also easily reached on foot and the castle only about 25 mins. In fact it was no hardship to walk anywhere. Hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. Prague itself is a lovely and fascinating city if somewhat saturated with tourists. New years Eve itself was, as expected rammed full of party goers and fire works and the atmosphere was always friendly.

The hotel has excellent location and the room is very quiet. You can go almost any famous place by foot, and after a long-walking day the hot-tub in hotel room is lifesaver! It's a nice place for holiday plan!

The location of this Hotel is literally ground zero for for the heart of the city. Once you step outside the door, you are really in a deluge of tourist attractions and places to eat. That can be good for some people and a bit overwhelming for others. We made the error of driving our rental car to this hotel. Firstly, you are weaving in and out of tourists, and then parking is a pain. 35 euors per night (plus 20% tax). We should have known better. That being said, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, and being on the 5th floor, it wasn't noisy at night.

Great Christmas vacation in Prague. Near to everywhere and great hotel staff ( Adam B.)We had a great time and we will def come back again! The hotel is very clean and the food is amazing, very good breakfast choices. Thank you!
