Perfect location and fantastic stay.

This was my second time using Apartments Tynska, and it won't be the last. Everything is great with this place. The location is fantastic; close to attractions, transit, dining. The apartments are clean, full of amenities, and quiet. The only thing to maybe keep in mind is that there is no elevator, which is not an issue for me, but may be for some. The owner is great, and will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you again!

These apartments are right on Old Town Square, close to many sites and restaurants. Older building of course and no elevator. I would always trade convenience for comfort. Can be a little noisy especially on weekends. Owner is very helpful.

Fantastic location, great stay.

Great stay. Location is unbeatable. Close to attractions and transit. Only negative is, as a result, it can be loud at night. Host was great. Thoroughly explained everything to do with the apartment. Full kitchen was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town and walking distance to restaurants and everything we did in Prague. Manager was friendly and responsive and arranged for a pickup from the airport. The apartment felt spacious, and the location is private and mostly quiet, but being near the church, you will hear the church bells. There is a piano in the courtyard for passersby to play during the daytime- we enjoyed everything from classical to the Beatles. This being a very old building, the stairs are well-worn and there is no elevator. We didn't have any issue. I only mention it because it can be a concern for some travelers.

These apartments are literally 200 steps from astronomical clock. You are where the action is. It was fantastic! Will definitely stay again.

Recommended Apartment Close to the Square

Awesome location, right next to the square and felt very secure. Some noise at night from the Irish Bar round the corner but nothing that wasn't to be expected when staying this close to the square. We were able to check in early and when we left we were able to leave our suitcases in the reception until we got our taxi back to the airport. We paid a small fee for this but it was fine and well worth it. The Manager was really friendly and spoke great English and showed us everything detail before leaving us to it. The apartment itself was nice and had everything we needed. The only part that needs work is the bathroom, it's functional and works ok but it could do with some attention. We had an issue on one day with the combo boiler losing pressure and not working but a What's App message to the Manager and it was fixed within an hour so no big issue. I would recommend this apartment if you're looking for somewhere close to the square and with easy and secure access.

Fantastic Old Town Square location & own courtyard

The location of Tynska 7 was fantastic, down a short lane off Old Town Square behind The Church of Our Lady before Tyn. Within a 15Min walking radius of all the main attractions. Standouts were the quietness & safety. You pass though several locked gates. Two big king beds in the loft bedroom were new & very comfortable. Our host was welcoming, friendly & responsive. Only downside for ‘senior’ travelers were the steep stairs to bedroom. Other than the stairs, we’re happy to recommend Apartment Tynska 7.

We just returned from our stay here. It was wonderful! The location could not have been more convenient. We were about 10 feet from the back of Tyn Church and right on the old town square. The apartment was large, spacious, and well equipped. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and each child even got their own queen bed! The check-in went smoothly and the host was helpful in giving us local tips and getting taxis for us to and from the airport. Two things I would mention: there is no air conditioning (as is the case in most old European buildings) so keeping the windows open was a must- especially at night. There was a bit of noise from late-night partiers and restaurants on the streets below which made sleeping a little difficult. Also, there is a narrow tub with a hand-held shower wand, but there is no shower curtain. If you are "large", elderly, or have trouble getting in and out of a bathtub, this might be something to consider. Neither item was a deal breaker for us, although quieter nights would have been nice. Overall it was a great apartment and a fantastic location.

Quick and detailed responses to any questions right from the start. Apartments were well maintained, really spacious and felt very secure. Beds were all large and very comfortable - maybe some additional pillow choices would have been a bonus, but overall fine. Location was fantastic - just a very short walk to the old square but didn't feel particularly noisy in the early hours. We had a particular hot spell of weather over our break (reaching 39 to 40 at times) and the build up of heat made for quite a difficulty in sleeping. If the apartment had air-con too it would be 10/10 First rate experience, would definitely return here and recommend to friends.

Manager was great! He answered all our questions, booked transportation for us, explained the area when we arrived. Apartment a little dated, but very clean. Amazing location. 3 minute walk to Old Town Square with the famous clock. Many restaurants and cafe's. Would stay there again.
