The hotel is safe, great location and beautifully decorated. The welcome bottle of wine, nightly chocolates and turn down service were superior! The breakfast was beyond expectations with the variety and cultural food incorporated! And the variety of coffee they offered was amazing! The spa services were excellent and the spa is beautiful itself, great staff! All the staff were super helpful and friendly!

A wonderful historic property next to the US Embassy. It was a museum in itself. Beautifully decorated. Staff was very helpful with their services. Very close to walk to public transportation or walkable in the city.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Shower wasn’t a walk-in shower and it was in a rather deep tub. Kind of scary getting in and out… no handrails or anything to hold onto. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of options.

This is a five-star hotel, but Prague is on sale, as our total cost for four nights was just 915 Euros, and that included their E-class wagon to take us from and to the airport, two massages for me and a facial for my wife, breakfast (they even packed breakfasts for our very early departure), and one restaurant meal! The staff was attentive, and the facility very fancy. The hotel is 90 degrees from the US Embassy and in an area with many nice places withing walking distance. Walking across the Charles Bridge into old own was easy. Besides the hotel restaurants, there are many others nearby. The only thing we would change is to replace the bath tub with a shower, as climbing in and out was a nuisance, and the danger of slipping was worrisome. The tub sides are much higher than is typical in the USA.
