This property didn't have air conditioning, and the area was very noisy; we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. The bathroom smelled bad. It seemed they had sewage issues.

Great space, perfectly located between Old Town and easy transportation to all parts of the city. Studio apartment was spacious and a real treat to have a kitchenette. Was concerned at first about restaurant and evening business in courtyard below apartments, but both were quiet when open and closed by 10 pm. The big problem is other guests partying and talking loudly outside rooms until 4 am—there needs to be a notice given about this on check in-even with windows closed, noise was there. Communication with office was not great-tried to reach them on another issue with no response until after issue was past. Would definitely recommend, but be warned about the noise-and if you stay here, don’t be that person!!

The location was nice. The room was a little stale smelling but with the window opened, it aired out nicely. There is an elevator on site but when we got off the elevator we had some stairs to navigate with our luggage.

Excellent apartments!

Beautiful apartments! We stayed in the Dvorak suite and it was awesome. The bathroom is huge, as are the bedroom and living space. It’s so close to the Old Town Square and was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

Nice, great location but, noisy

The rooms were very clean. Even though the location is excellent since we were next to a very busy road - even with the great windows and sound proofing the room was very noisy. I would also like to suggest that even though this is an apartment it would be nice to have some coffee and water for when guests first arrive - even a like a fake nespresso machine or instant coffee that other venues provide for free and makes such a difference.

It was a very nice and cozy stay, everything was clean, and the fact that they left you a fan is much appreciated, the place has an excellent location, very very close to everything, even the train station if you decide to take the airport express to the train station. My only small concern was when I contacted the property 48 to 36 hours before my arrival to ask if we could make an early check-in and they never answered me back.

We had an excellent trip and loved the apartment though we had an issue with the hot water. It was nice and hot in the morning but cool in the evenings.This was addressed by sending an engineer round who found no fault. However the problem continued and the hot water was only just warm which wasn't good for showering.

The place was really nice but we did not receive the code. We called the phone of the facility to get the code. Although the property says the parking is available, there’s no parking at the site but parking is available at the nearby mall. This information was misleading in the Expedia site.

Amazing apartment

Had a wonderful stay- comfortable space- a lot of privacy- great area So central that we did not have to use any transport to see all the major attractions in Old town/ New town as well as the areas around Prague Castle. Excellent choice

Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure.
