Lovely mini break

Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Stayed 3N for a family of 4 in a 2BR, both with Air Conditioning. Clean Room and spacious. Coffee maker provided too. Although in Prague 2 however just 7-10mins walk to Old Town / Prague 1. Around 3-5mins walk to train and local bus stops. Safe to walk at night to&from the Hotel. Breakfast included in price. Reception been helpful and attentive to any queries or request. We arrived early than the published check-in time yet they let us in. Special mention to Dominique from reception who catered us during our arrival (15th.March.2026) - we commend your service. You have a good customer service. Keep it up.

Great staff and hotel

The outlook of this hotel building probably not doing the justice for this hotel, staff and the service. Staff was one of the nicest we have seen/met to date and they fulfilled all of our needs above and beyond. Inside of the hotel kept to a very good conditions despite how it looks from outside or how the surrounding areas look like. The suite we booked is very spacious with 2 rooms setting on either side of the wing so you can let your kids go free as they liked. TV had Netflix so that's a bonus to keep the kids busy. Good selection of hot, cold food served for breakfast, which is regularly topped up. Very close to the centre of Prague with options available to dine out. If I had to mention anything that was not so positive is the mattresses we had were the firmest we ever slept on. We normally have the Firm (UK standard) but these were almost like rocks.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Mit fuß und zug überall erreischbar. Waren mit dem Auto dort und uns wurde geholfen die Dachbox abzunehmen (da die Höhe für den Parkaufzug zu hoch war). Räume sind groß und angenehm. Der Game-Changer war das Spielezimmer für die Kinder, fand ich super. Die Kinder wollten fast garnicht mehr raus😁 Frühstück war auch sehr breit gefächert. Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder wenn uns der Weg nach Prag führt.

Hotel antigo e bem cuidado. Cama confortável, excelente chuveiro, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Facil acesso ao centro histórico com caminhada de 20 minutos. O que poderia melhorar: quarto com carpete. Porém estava muito limpo, pois tenho alergia e fiquei super bem. Recomendo e voltaria.
