A very spacious and comfortable three-room flat, situated on the first floor of a small block of flats, in a quiet, very convenient and well-connected area, just a short walk from the beach and the town centre. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples and families with children, comprising 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds), a spacious living room with two sofas, a kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies. The accommodation has been recently refurbished and is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hob, oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are hot/cold air conditioning units in the kitchen and in the double bedroom; fan and electric heater are provided in the twin bedroom. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
