Returning for the third time, once again enjoyed kind, truly professional service, very comfortable room and heartening breakfast - very tasty, great variety. Staff is always ready to assist in all matters. Will certainly be back!

I was here during one of my many business trips to Poznan. Looking at the photos on a famous booking page, I had the idea that it was very much sunny place and with a bigger parking. I have booked a room with matrimonial bed for single use, taking advantage of a promotional internet fee not-refundable. Once there, I have realized that the parking was not for free (29 zl for day) and I didn't pay really attention to the cost of the breakfast (40zl). The sum of those two items tops to about 38% of the cost of the room itself, but I can't say anything, as it is my fault, because everything was clearly stated in the room reservation confirmation. Upon arrival the staff of checkin desk welcomed me properly with a smile, and the registration procedure was swift and quick. While arrived to my bedroom, I had two opposite impressions: 1. A nice toilet, provided with bidet (fantastic!!!! superior civilization!!), very clean well appointed with shampoos, foams, etc. 2. A very low bed, almost like the japanese ones: I guess that it would be quite better to have an higher bed, so that the elderly can more easily come up after sleeping; 3. The bed was low, and the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, and online one goose down 4. The wifi signal in my bedroom was very poor, really not stable and weak signal The day after, I had a nice breakfast, quite ok for variety and quality of the served food. A special mention to the chef who has so carefully peeled the grapefruits, as you hardly can see in other places, but one has to be grateful of other's good job, and another special mention to the blond clerk lady checking me out, as she was extremely polite and shown interest in my stay. So I believe that the hotel has a good potential of improvement and the 4 stars are just a step away. Fantastic and polite staff, good breakfast, something to be improved.

Part of the Prestige Hotels chain the Vivaldi is very modern with an excellent restaurant - the best breakfast ever. Our room was big with every convenience, except the curtains didn't quite meet. Very clean and the staff very helpful indeed. Excellent value and convenient parking. Tram tickets can be bought at reception for the short ride into the centre and the historically fascinating Ostrow Tumski. The huge park has a rose garden, several cemeteries, WW11 planes and tanks and modern statues. At the moment there's a comprehensive exhibition of Salvador Dali's work in Poznan centre.

A very nice quality hotel. Excellent reception staff. Hotel serves a very nice heathy breakfast (both warm and cold dishes). Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Had problem with wifi and staff was very cooperative in fixing it. Hotel is very well connected with public transport and has nice clean parks around it. Will recommend to all who want a pleasant and clam stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had all the basics. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a lot of variety both from Poland and Russia. Restaurant menu for dinner had a lot of choices.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Modern bathroom. Restaurant served fabulous breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this very reasonable priced hotel. Only minor complaint, I have is the restaurant staff did not speak any english on the dinner on the day of our arrival. The language barrier lead to several mixups with our orders. Did not have this issue at the breakfast, and service at the front desk was always flawless. Pro-tip: If servant at the restaurant response in polish to your question, switch to hand signals.

Excellent bed, shower and breakfast. Nice quiet room and very kind staff. Overall a very Nice hotel nearby the Cytadel park. The tram stop is just across the street and within 20 minutes you are in the old town.

The hotel is very nice and is set in a beautiful quite part of the city next to a park. It takes about 5 min on a tram to get to the centre and the tram stop is right outside the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and bathrooms very modern and clean too! I have tried other hotels in Poznan, and prefer Vivaldi due to its location, price and comfort. Breakfast is very good too, with lots of variety to chose from and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. It will continue being my choice of a hotel on every next trip to Poznan.

- well, Poznan was a halfway on our 1800 km drive home ... Needed was a clean and quiet place to sleep, - no more, nor less ... No big demands or great expectations either ... The criteria were met :) The hotel is relatively easy accessible from the highway. The hotel neighbors a green park and has more temporary interiors than majority of that type of hotels. Actually I appreciated that rules of no-noise conduct after 11 p.m. are made visible.

Nice and efficient hotel, both with respects to staff, rooms and breakfasts. Walking distance to to dowtnown as well as good communications both to downtown and the university. Very good value for the cost.
