Big hotel Issues Very slow check in Only two lifts Shower could not hold a constant temperature and low pressure Positive Email invoice straight away Clean place Advice would be to fix water pressure and increase staff for check in and improve process I would use again for business, I think it will improve after work is complete

Nice hotel check in was good and quick and friendly the lifts are very slow the rooms were very nice and clean the bathroom were very clean the breakfast was nice lot to pick from which was good the staff was friendly ten minutes walking to the square big shopping centre a cross the road overall good place to stay

Wifi never worked in the room. Two elevators were a nightmare to get on because they can't handle the amount of people. Maid service was all over the place. Came back to my room 2 out of days and it was not made up. Under construction now. Hopes it will be better but overall service wasn't good. Won't stay here again

I recently stayed at the Novotel Poznan for 2 nights. It is in a great location, close to the Station, central shopping and walkable to the Old Town and Market Square. It is currently being renovated, so there is some minor inconvenience for patrons which is managed as best they can. Overall, it is a nice Hotel and I would choose to stay there again if I return to Poznan.

The hotel is undergoing renovation without any regard to the customers experience. When I checked in late afternoon there was loud noise from the works directly above my room. Later in the evening the noise was quieter, but there was still the sound of drilling until 11pm, which I feel is an absolutely disgusting way to treat paying customers. There was only two lifts serving the whole hotel, which meant you needed to leave your room 5-10 minutes earlier to get somewhere on time, which is an inconvenience. My room was clean but basic, nowhere to hang clothes and not much natural light. The breakfast and the staff were good.

Big hotel but going through lots of renovation, the room was a good size, and the furnishings were clean and tidy. The air con worked well and we used it to warm the room. The bathroom was good with a powerful shower and plenty of space. The WiFi was easy to connect onto but was slow and dropped several times despite only being used for simple browsing. The TV was an old one with poor picture quality. The reception is being moved, so the current one looks temporary. There were only two lifts, not many for a hotel this size. The carpets were dirty from all the renovation work. The eating area is not as big as you would expect for a hotel this size. The evening buffet was very good with a wide selection and plenty of hot food. Surprisingly the breakfast was poor, it didn’t look appetising and wasn’t very hot.

The hotel is in way of restoration, rooms now are modern and nicer. But I faced 2 main problems: 1. I've been awaken many times by the rumor of closing doors of rooms next to mine.Closing door mechanism should be improved in order to make it smoother. 2. Very long waiting at elevators.

Great location - walking distance to the city centre and large shopping Mall with loads of restaurants across the road. What I love about here is they have always allowed me a late check out (5.00 pm) without any bother. Rooms are modern and spacious. No coffee or room bar facilities if you take the standard room. I've tried them all and difference is minimum. Comfy beds, spacious shower and batch areas. Menu is good but leaning a little towards the rabbit type diet of vegetarian frugalness. I tend to go across the road (chinese, Italian, all the fast foods etc etc). Currently undergoing renovations (for at least 7 months so far) so lots of cladding and restrictive access around the facilities. Great and friendly staff.

some problems with renovation not highlighted at hotel website . The position of the bar and restaurant was not good. The absence of the lobby was an important problem. Overall the accommodation was discreet but not in the brand standard and the cost was not justified.

A three night stay for a party of 10 of us aged 9 months to +70 years across 5 rooms whilst attending a Poznan family wedding. Despite some noise, temporary walkways - food, service and room quality 5*
