Typical sized hotel room was comfortable but there was a little bit of mold in the shower and the water leaked out of the shower onto the floor (not too much); however shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water . Decent location. Good wifi.

My friend and I stayed here in July, 2017. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. The windows opened, and it was quiet. Free wifi, wonderful, sumptuous breakfast, very helpful staff, well located to the train station and the old town. We're two females aged 69 and not exactly spry, but we walked (with our luggage) from the train station, and we also easily walked into Old Town. And what an unexpectedly beautiful old town it is! Free bottled water and peanuts in the spacious lobby of the hotel. Great value and wonderful stay.

My last visits to this hotel werent great and i had my complaints. This time i went back to give it another chance. And i have to say this time it was better than the last times although still some basic challenges remain but that is also due to probably company policy and management which they have to follow. For example breakfast is too expensive compared with what you get at the hotel and what you can get outside the hotel. As they charge western european rates. For parking the same. This time the airco was functioning properly. The beds are fine and the room has sufficient storage space. Still wondering what they do in the times it gets colder again, if the rooms turn into a sauna again. Due to the warm weather they brought me a fresh made refreshing fruitsalade after my arrival. That was very nice. NH remains in basic a good hotel chain yet at times noticeble details can turn it into a more pleasant or unpleasant stay. This time it was a more pleasant stay.

Excellent staff, wonderful room, superb facilities, minor niggles quickly dealt with by very competent team behind the scenes. Easy access to all the major attractions in Poznan mainly within walking distance. Nice to have a balcony room to air everything and provide a good street view, the breakfasts offered a fantastic amount of choice and the sauna and gym made for a healthy counterpoint for wining and dining.

Hotel was good spacious and clean. Breakfast was huge. Shopping and bus was walking distance. Overall a nice experience. Will surely visit again. There is a nice restaurant which is must to visit for sheesha. It's called the "shisha bar beirut " good food and service.

I stayed in NH Poznan for a weekend and I can only say good things. The hotel is situated close to the main square and restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly, not only to give us advice on where to go for food or bars but I left my watch behind (which I had got of my wife as a wedding present) when we checked out and I only realised this when I returned to Ireland I called the hotel and lzabella the receptionist said she would call me back which she did promptly, not only did they find my watch but sent it back to Ireland free of charge. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here next time I go to Poznan. Thanks to all the staff at NH Poznan

I stood ther e for business,. The hotel very close to the center, and all commodities are in neighborhood. The staff is nice and friend. It is a cosy hotel with reasonnable price. The breakfast and the restaurant are good, the rooms on the backside are quiet and welcomming.

I have used NH hotels in many locations and have generally been satisfied, but not on this occasion. There were two of us travelling and had booked two single rooms. I was given room 508 which reeked of cigarette smoke. Also the air conditioning let out a screeching noise which woke me at night. We were there for three nights and, although I reported the fault, the noise continued so I had to turn the a/c off. My friend was in 512. I never saw the room but apparently it was impossible to use the shower as it was in the slope of the roof. It may be OK for someone very short. Also, on each evening the keycard would not work. On the first two evenings he was issued with a new card. On the last evening the staff were unable to solve the problem and, after 20mins, gave him a special pass. This would not activate the lift and somebody had to come from reception on each occasion. This hotel is supposed to be 4*. At best I would give it 2*.

I like NH philosophy to renovate old building. My room had a nice window closed to the bed and towards the insight garden. Very well maintained bathroom. Breakfast was ok except for the coffee. Please change provider ! Nice position.

Very modern hotel with nice clean room and good location. This is why you only got 3 stars: We had dinner at the hotel and apparently another tour group was coming in as we set down for dinner and the people from this group came through the dinning room as we were eating, very distracting. If I were in Poznan again, I would simply find another hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
