Nice hotel with an extremely staff. From the reception to the restaurant and room service, all are extremely friendly. We travelled with 8 month old infant and the hotel is kids friendly. Johanna at the front desk was extremely helpful when we had some requests. If you want to get some nice tips of the place, speak to Kamil at the bar. Extremely helpful and would provide some good tips. Thank you Kamil. Upon request the hotel provided an infant cot and that helped a lot. Thank you Mercure!

So, the Sheraton was sold out this week and I ended up next door at the Mercur. There is nothing wrong with this place - it is ok, perfectly clean, and quiet. But the hotel was just ok.... rooms kinda decorated in a 90s Polish style. The lobby looks recently renovated but breakfast was another 90s flashback and certainly Polish. Nothing wrong with that - but much less international/western feel than next door at the Sheraton (i.e. no omelettes!). Also - they say the restaurant in the lobby is open till midnight, but they stop serving food around 11PM and turn the music and lights off at about 11:30 - so make sure you eat on your late night flight into town.

We arrived late Friday evening a large group that had been traveling all day the check in was quick and no fuss I was surprised by the space in the standard room and the quality of the room and bathroom , Poznan city square was about a 15/20 walk which was fine and the area around the hotel very quiet the facilities in the Hotel were good full restaurant and fitness suite , overall I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone and if coming back to Poznan would be my choice of hotel the price of the stay was very reasonable, top marks

I was very happy with the location and the room - close enough to easily walk to the train station and international fair, and also an easy walk to the historic center. The WIFI was good and the front desk folks were very nice. I had to drop off a star in my rating, though, because of a weird chambermaid. I had taken a pillow from the second bed in the room (I was travelling alone) without disturbing the linens on the other bed. The person who cleaned the room apparently decided I DID NOT deserve that extra pillow on my bed, and had REMOVED that pillow and all others from the second bed. They were nowhere to be found in the room. Just an odd, ungracious and hostile thing to do, and shows a lack of customer service training. The front desk apologized the next day when I told them as I checked out. Other than that, a very nice stay! Prices here can be very good when there are no trade shows or conventions in town.

I've been twice in Poznan during last couple of weeks and stayed at Mercure. Standard room's size is good enough for 1 or 2 nights stay. It's spacious, the bathroom is spacious as well. You can't open the windows, air flow only via a/c. The restaurant offers usual polish meals, but also typical hotel menu steaks, salads and etc. During summer also "home made" lemonade or cold coffee. The prices are a bit higher than in the city but the quality of the food and the service are guaranteed and you have the comfort of staying at the hotel. The hotel has also a gym and sauna, but didn't try those. Parking outside on front of the hotel, for a fee.

Extra place in the city center of Poznan, friendship for family with children, the best restaurant with delicious steak and bastry with sweet rogale Marcinskie. Really good and friendly staff. I would recommend to my friend.

What can I say?! I loved this hotel ! It was clean comfortable and in a perfect location to walk into the city and old town. Also tram stops directly outside. Staff very polite and helpful especially Agnieszka and Weronika in reception who helped us any way they could. They helped us with directions and restaurant recommendations which was appreciated. The food is AMAZING!!! The hotel restaurant really deserves a visit as food is so tasty. Also a very helpful waiter who recommended meals for us, got us a highchair for our baby and made us all giggle (a task after a flight with a grumpy 16 month old!) Rooms kept impeccably clean and serviced well. Hotel decor is modern funky and fresh whilst still allowing a sense of relaxation. This more than suited out needs as a family. Cot was provided with mattress and bedding. Free WiFi too!! Couldn't of been any better !!! Very pleased.

We had two nights in this hotel. We found it very comfortable, and well located; a 20 min walk from the Old Town. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the best feature in the hotel were the ladies in the front desk, especially Stefania, who went out of the way to make train and hotel reservations for us for the city of Gdansk. When we return here, we'll be sure to stay here again!

Nice, spacious, air-conditioned room, with a view, and bigger than average single beds in our twin Choice of pillows. Comfy mattress. The staff in Winstones were absolutely great, and the 2 course meal is exceptional value. Close to the train station, old town and Avenida for shopping, great location We will absolutely stay here again when next in Poznan.

Very convenient location, nice indoor design, very good service, fantastic breakfast - absolutely great choice. Big rooms, big bathrooms. All is ok, nothing to complain. nice hotel to stay for business.
