Welcome to Sunset Ridge Ranch, a luxurious and inviting ranch house nestled in the heart of Brasada Ranch. Surrounded by the stunning Cascade Mountains, this ranch house is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy all the beauty that Central Oregon has to offer.

This beautifully built custom home features a large, welcoming front porch where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the living room which features an open plan vaulted ceiling and masonry fireplace which offsets the dining room and kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall outside, or curl up on the comfortable oversized couch. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you will need to cook up your favorite meals.

The primary bedroom is a true oasis, with a king-size bed, a cozy stone fireplace, soaking tub, and patio access to the back deck and hot tub. Wake up to the sunrise over the mountains and start your day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

In the guest wing of the house, you will find two more bedrooms with 4 beds (2 queens & 2 twins), and one full bathroom.

The real highlight of this ranch house is the hot tub with views. Imagine soaking in the warm, bubbly water while gazing out at the mountains, or watching the stars twinkle in the night sky. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day of golfing, horseback riding, skiing, hiking, or exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer.

Ranch amenities: when you book your stay you will have complete access to the 17,000 sq. ft. Athletic Center which features two oversized, seasonal outdoor pools, an awesome waterslide, waterfall and lazy river with water features, large year-round indoor lap pool with water volleyball net available (beach towels) and year-round indoor fenced tot`s pool with interactive water features, year-round outdoor in-ground hot tubs, ample outdoor deck space for just relaxing (umbrellas), fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment (towels, earbuds), yoga studio offering various complimentary fitness classes, two outdoor tennis courts (rackets available), pickleball, half-basketball court, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, fishing pond in the summer months, great seasonal poolside fare/service (charge) from the Sundance Grill, and the amazing Hideout and arcade, climbing wall and outdoor playground for the kids, all included with the required resort charge/fee.
Bikes of all sizes are available at the Athletic Center to rent (helmets provided).
Golf, equestrian and Spa Brasada are available at additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. If you are making your reservation for summer time months please be aware of the risk of wildfire smoke in the surrounding areas impacting air quality. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance with your transaction to protect you if needed. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.
*Please note, a full refund is defined as 96.5% of the amount - there will be a charge of 3.5% processing fees

Important: Please note that in the event of any damages during your stay, our incident resolution partner, Truvi, may reach out to contact you and assist with the resolution process.

Golf: Greens fees are an additional charge. Please make golf tee times at least one week prior.
Spa Brasada is open to the public.

A form will be sent out via DocuSign after your reservation has been booked. This form will contain all of the Brasada Ranch resort policies and procedures.

A welcome email will be sent out 1 day prior to arrival with check-in instructions once the resort fees have been collected.
