Myself and my friends stayed Friday to Sunday. The Lodge was easy to find and on arrival check in was simple enough... Key in the door and hot tub heated up, ready for us to get straight in. Everything we needed for the weekend was there, even the sunshine the beds were so comfy, the Lodge was clean and spacious for 5 adults. We all had a very relaxing time and it was picturesque with a back drop of ducks, ducklings and bunnies. Thank you we will definitely book again.

Lovely lodges, very clean and modern. Hot tub perfect and the extra touches like dressing gowns & slippers and welcome packs really makes it special. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Needs to have something onsite, food for the ducks as people kept feeding them bread, a bar eventually would be good as the site expands however ones near by so not essential right now. Could sell breakfast packs so you don’t need to go shopping on the first night you arrive.

Well equipped and clean lodges in a good location. Need attention to stiff lock & instructions on how to turn heating down. Also mat at patio door. Contacted ‘Ian’ for help but didn’t get any acknowledgment or response.

Lovely lodge with hot tub. Friendly greeting on arrival. Nice welcome pack. Lovely to see the ducks everyday. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Just be aware we had a lodge for 6 people and only has a small fridge with freezer top box. Lucky we had to use the wine cooler as a fridge. Nice place to take your furr babies and not far from Blackpool, also the Outlet Mall is very doggie friendly

Lovely clean and comfortable lodge. Everything needed was supplied.We had a lovely quiet stay. It was a pleasure to watch the young cygnets and ducklings. We will be back!.

5***** absolutely amazing looked brand new, the furnishing were of excellent quality, towels were provided as well as separate ones for the hot tub, plus dressing gowns and slippers which we weren’t expecting, again the attention to detail was top notch!!Everything for a self catering holiday provided down to plastic glassware and plates for outdoors.

Fantastic property with everything you need for a great stay

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and a friend, and can honestly say it was perfect. The property manager Ian couldn't have done more to help. Even when we had problems with the appliances he was out within half an hour of us calling. On arrival we were supplied with tea and coffee making facilities as well as a housekeeping pack and vanity kits. The bath robes and slippers were an added bonus and ideal for venturing outside to use the hot tub. The property itself was very modern and well equipped with all the mod cons that you'd need for your stay. It is situated in an excellent location with good transport connections into Blackpool and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back in the future

One word.

One word. Amazing. We didn’t want to come home! We booked to come for a mini honeymoon what with us getting wed in November, we brought our 3 year old with us and chose this place as it wasn’t too far of a drive into Blackpool and surrounding areas as we aren’t ones to sit around or take walks and it did not disappoint! The lodge was lovely and clean with a nice little welcome box, amenities were fantastic and you always walked in to a lovely cosy warm lodge. Hot tub is brilliant and we were in multiple times daily. Very quiet and peaceful area without being “out in the sticks”. Nice little takeaway 4 minute walk away as well as a petrol station/spar convenience store, chippy (didn’t use) and pet store. There’s also a pub a 3-4 minute drive away that offers 10% off when staying in the lodges. Bus runs nearby for trips into Blackpool etc. if you drive we also recommend a visit to hickory’s smokehouse which is about 15 minutes away (it’s UNREAL!) We will be back again next year for our one year anniversary and hope to get the same lodge as it was so much like home we didn’t even want to come back home!
