for rent apartment classified 2 stars, 1st floor for 2 adults and two children or 4 adults, + 1 baby, recently renovated with a superb view of the Loire and the vineyards, comprising 1 kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 1 stove with oven and induction hob, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher. 1 microwave oven. 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 90 cm pull-out beds that can be transformed into a large bed + 1 baby cot, 1 bathroom-WC. 1 dining room living room with fixed sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, unlimited wifi. House located in the city center but in a very quiet street 100 m from the Loire. the entrance to the ground floor of 15 m2 in addition to the floor area allows you to park family bikes, two bikes are available for free for rides on the Loire track by bike.
There is a large interior courtyard to park your car safely; in this courtyard you will have a garden furniture and barbecue in summer.
The apartment is available all year round, heating will be payable in addition to the rental price outside the summer period.
Arrival and departure days are Saturday for weekly rentals but negotiable for weekends outside the summer months.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Très belle vue

Excellent accueil, emplacement idéal pour les vins de Pouilly Fume et de Sancerre. Logement propre et pratique. Le stationnement est aussi très commode. Bien positionné au calme dans le village et le propriétaire met à notre disposition des vélos si requis.

Insgesamt gut, Küche und Wohnraum sehr gut, schöne Aussicht vom Essplatz auf Weinberg und Loire(brücke), Dusche mit geringem Wasserdruck, Dachfenster nur mit Hilfe eines Hockers zu erreichen!🙁

Loire In der Nähe, ruhiges Städtchen mit nahe gelegenen Bäckereien und kleinem Supermark. Wir waren mit einem E-Auto unterwegs und haben die örtliche Ladestation (ca. 300 m!!) geschätzt!

Séjour agréable, trés bon accueil. Le quartier est calme, nombreux commerces à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la Loire . La location est bien équipée. Facilité de contact avec le propriètaire pour avoir de plus amples renseignements. Un seul regret séjour trop court.

Schitterend uitzicht over de wijngaarden en de Loire vanuit een zeer comfortabel appartement. Hartelijke ontvangst met o.a. een fles wijn uit de streek. In de omgeving is het goed wandelen en op korte afstand is La Charité een oud en charmant stadje.

Nous avons passé un excellent week end à Pouilly sur Loire. Nous avons pu profiter des plages de la Loire et y pêcher ainsi que de belles balades à vélo. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et chaleureux. Le gîte était propre, confortable et tout était prévu pour une famille avec 2 enfants (poussette, baignoire etc...)
