Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm until 8am.
Barn doors available to be opened from September to April. Keep closed from May to August. Barn open area is cooled by a 2000 sq ft mini split system which only keeps the area cooler with doors closed. Portable fans also available. Guests must be aware this area is cooled but is not identical to typical residential cooling. Guests under the age of 23 who make a reservation agree to a daily wellness check around 9:00 PM, conducted by either the property owner or designated DPS staff. This is to ensure that the property is being properly maintained and that all house rules are being followed.
Please note that any damage to the mini-split unit, wall insulation or other items at this home, will result in a minimum $75 call-out fee for assessment, in addition to the cost of any necessary repairs. We ask that you use caution while playing the games and ensure children are supervised at all times.
Over occupancy will not be tolerated:
This Property is periodically monitored by DPS management via outside cameras on behalf of property owner for over occupancy. Each violation will be reported to Airbnb, a $100 per person per day will be charged to the guest, local law enforcement will be requested to assist with guest removal.

Beautiful place!
We loved our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and location. Plenty of parking and the neighbors were great. Very close to marinas and the water. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay
The house was amazing and the area was really nice as well. The neighbors are very friendly. The beach area was a good swimming area and there are plenty of places to fish as well. The only thing was the grass in the back yard was kind of high. Over all a pleasant stay.
