Heavenly Stay

This property was spacious, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Our family stay there because we were attending a homegoing service for a loved one. It was affordable, enough room for us to spread out, had a game room where my grandson beat me at pool and a warm comforting atmosphere. Just a HEAVENLY stay.

Really enjoyed our stay

We were very pleased with the house. It was clean, the kitchen is well supplied for cooking, and there are plenty of sleeping options with enough bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The only thing that surprised us was the upstairs and downstairs being so separated. The staircase to get from one to the other is outdoors. We made it work, but for a place that sleeps 15, there should be a much larger dining table. It only seats 4. Overall, it facilitated a great time for our family, provided great views of the lake, and the fire pit gave us an outstanding outdoor option in cooler weather.

The Byrd House is Life!

For a 50th Birthday Staycation, we chose our own backyard: Lake Texoma! Also, our first time to VRBO! The house is perfection! The pictures really do not do it justice. As a chemo patient, I was hesitant to consider a vacation rental. But this home was immaculate! Grayson & Jenny we’re very helpful and quick to answer all my rookie questions! I wish we could give them 40 stars! Follow them on Instagram! We see they are already super booked! So, pro tip: book a few weekdays! We will book again!
