You will find a 4-room house with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels, featuring a north-facing position. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed (100 cm wide and 190 cm long), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. The same level includes one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long), air conditioning, another room with two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), and an open kitchen area with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. There is also a shower/WC on this floor.
