The Space:

Kitchenette –

The kitchenette is well equipped for light, everyday cooking and includes:

- Full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and countertop induction burner
- Cookware, dishes, and utensils
- Coffee/tea station

Whether you’re preparing simple meals or just making coffee before heading out, everything you need is available. (Please note: there is no built-in oven or full stovetop range.)


Sleeping Area -

The loft includes a comfortable bedroom with:

- Queen-size bed
- Automatic shades for light control
- Closet space for storage


Bathroom -

The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, featuring:

- Tub/shower
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Hair dryer


Location -

The Twin Pines Loft is located within a gated golf-course community with convenient access to nearby amenities and attractions:

- Views of the 18th hole
- 2-minute walk to a coffee shop and convenience market
- 15 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene
- 8 minutes to the Spokane River and Q’emiln Park

The neighborhood is quiet while still being close to local attractions.


Guest Access -

Guests have private access to:

- The loft unit above the detached garage
- A dedicated private entrance


Driveway & Access -

The driveway is shared for on-foot access only. Loft guests may walk up the driveway to access the private loft entrance but may not drive into the driveway, park in the driveway, or stop there for loading or unloading at any time.


Parking -

Parking is not permitted on the property or on the street. Loft guests must park at Prairie Falls Golf Club, approximately 500 ft away and a 2-minute walk from the loft.

Loft guests do not have access to the main house, garage, driveway parking, backyard, hot tub, patio, or any outdoor amenities associated with the Twin Pines House. Each listing remains fully separate and private.


Additional Space Available -

If you’re traveling with a larger group or need additional accommodations, The Twin Pines House on the same property may also be available. It can be booked separately or together with the loft:

Security Cameras -

Exterior security cameras are located above the garage and record video and audio. A smart garage keypad also records video and audio. All devices are exterior only and do not monitor interior spaces.


Other Things to Note:

- Fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and streaming

- Smart TV allows guests to stream using their own accounts. Cable TV is not included.

- Washer and dryer available for guest use

- Starter supplies of toiletries, paper products, coffee, and cleaning items are provided

- Parking is off-site only at Prairie Falls Golf Club; no street or driveway parking is permitted

- Pets are not permitted in The Twin Pines Loft

- The kitchenette does not include a full-size oven or stove top
