Villa Concordia is a splendid three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Concordia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Concordia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
You will reach Villa Concordia from the street level going down a route that includes approximately 36 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Concordia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet). The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. It is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo. From the garden you will enjoy a bright view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen through an arched opening. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dug into the rock and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
