This modern stone house with pool is located by the Novigrad Sea.



Look forward to a wonderful vacation with your family in this tasteful and inviting terraced house. Inside, you will be greeted by beautiful and comfortable rooms that combine the rustic flair of the stone walls with attractive furnishings and great facilities. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms with high gabled ceilings for restful nights.



While you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the Novigrad sea from the upper floor, you can access the walled garden with private pool from the first floor. Here you will also find a small cottage that invites you to socialize by the open fireplace.



There is also a medicinal mud deposit on the nearby pebble beach. So decide for yourself whether you want to go for a swim or treat yourself to a treatment. Visit Zadar and explore the beautiful old town and experience two examples of modern architecture on the promenade, which are real visitor magnets. One echoes the waves of the sea in sound, the other is a play of light that should be enjoyed especially at sunset. You can also experience the nearest national park, Paklenica, or take part in a safari tour in the Velebit mountain range.

Er hat sich wirklich alle Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, und war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten.Das Ferienhaus selbst war makellos sauber – es war offensichtlich, dass hier viel Wert auf Hygiene und Ordnung gelegt wird. Jedes Detail war perfekt, und wir konnten uns von Anfang an wohlfühlen.Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir haben die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Natur sehr genossen.
