Villa Chiara is a newly renovated, very cozy and tastefully decorated villa with pool for 6 - 7 people. It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, only 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on a plot of 2800m2 with a private swimming pool of 50 m2. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa bed and a private toilet with shower. From the living room, there's a direct exit to the terrace equppied with seating furniture. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with double bed and a single bed, and the other one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air conditioned, it also has satellite TV, Internet, safe, and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden along with terrace, a barbecue area with large stone table and private car park. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away.
The air-conditioned accommodations feature balconies and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators are also standard.
