Merton Place is a newly refurbished Historic Southsea Apartment. Located in the heart of a historic conservation area known as “Owen’s Southsea”, this ground floor flat is the perfect stylish haven to relax in whilst staying a stone’s throw away from both the bustling Southsea scene and the historic seafront.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs, opening out into a spacious living room which includes a large four-seat dining table and a brand new smart TV. We ask for a £100 security deposit , which is a hold that is put on your credit card before arrival, and released following your stay if no damage occurs.
