A wonderful summer property just north of Newport. Very peaceful. Owner proves 2 kayaks for guests. Great view all around. The Mooring fields / Tiverton to your left and the Hummock Point Road bridge to your right. Also enjoy a quiet evening in chairs out on the dock. Basement apartment has a separate entrance to allow for privacy. @ bedrooms upstairs.

A million dollar view
What a beautiful location. Right on the water, close to restaurants, close to Newport. Secluded, quiet location. Overall terrific. Minor complaints (food in one of two refrigerators, one of two televisions apparently not hooked up to cable or WiFi), but they didn’t diminish a great experience.

Ideal Portsmouth Location
This is an ideal private waterfront location. This property is absolutely perfect for a fun family getaway. The home is clean, has central air, is spacious, has all the modern amenities, and views of the water from every room in the house. The owner provided kayaks and bodyboards which added to the fun!
