This home has undergone renovations from top to bottom in the last 3 years with a brand new Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom just completed in April 2025 - Come stay in this fabulous historic and waterfront home. Our home sits on a quiet street, in a revitalizing historic neighborhood. The home has four bedrooms and three baths. Children have their own special place on the third floor. We like to call it fish camp.

Enjoy the charm of this 100 year old home, with modern touches. The water and shared dock are often visited by ducks, Canadian geese, Blue Heron, Egrets, or an occasional Bald Eagle.

With 4 bedrooms including a king, queen, full, and twin bed, guests will find tremendous comfort here. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities of home. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Portsmouth and our house has to offer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my graduation weekend here. The house was lovely and well-appointed. The views were amazing! We had a few hiccups with the locks upon arrival, but our hostess, Allyson, was immediately responsive and got us assistance quickly. The house is lovely and would definitely be our quite retreat in the future!
