Every member of staff we spoke to were extremely professional and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was excellent. We had breakfast and an evening meal. Could not fault it. Everything was delicious. Plenty of parking at the front and side of the hotel.

If you're visiting Portree this is the hotel to stay at. Beautiful views and wonderful food. The rooms are very nice and i would highly recommend paying extra for the ocean view. Nothing like waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee overlooking the water. The people are friendly and it's just an awesome place to stay. Everything you need in one place.

Outstanding, friendly, and attentive staff. Hotel itself is beautiful and well located within walking distance of the shore and the city center. Very elegant and well-maintained hotel with privileged views of Portree. It's within easy walking distance of town, though parking is also included. The room was excellent—our view faced the car park rather than the bay, but it was still very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were incredible, and the staff were excellent.
