We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

A large property of 180 square meters plus uncovered areas on two floors with large outdoor spaces. On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living room, a comfortable open space kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom.

On the first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, you will find an attic relaxation area with two comfortable sofa beds and two double bedrooms with large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Depandance 2 adults + 1 child
From the outside there is access to a lovely outbuilding with kitchen, double bedroom and a third bathroom. The property includes a large garden, private parking spaces and a beautiful swimming pool perfect for fully enjoying the hot summer days.

- forbidden as in all our properties, to smoke inside them

Important Notes:
- we guarantee the opening of the swimming pool from 01/05 to 12/10
- check-in from 16.30 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
