Situated on the first floor with an independent entrance, the flat is characterised by a beautiful and large terrace with sea view, with a covered loggia where there is an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with sun loungers, sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you enter the flat , finely furnished , consisting of a very large living room the dining area , two double bedrooms . Both rooms are equipped with electric blades for ventilation with remote control. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. The kitchen is independent, with access also from the terrace, and is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms: one complete with shower and a toilet with washbasin and WC. Also available to guests is the large garden with a bbq , shared with the other two flats on the ground floor of the villa . The laundry room with washing machine , iron and ironing board is on the ground floor. The car park is located inside the villa and is accessed through an automatic gate.

Ruhige & grosszügige Unterkunft

Uns hat er Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen! Auch der Standort ein Bisschen abseits von Portoferraio im kleinen Vorort Magazzini hat sich schlussendlich als gute Entscheidung entpuppt. Grosse Gartenanlage, jedoch von uns wenig genutzt, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Auch hatten unsere Kinder sehr viel spass auf der grossen Terrasse und auch an dem einzigartigen Schrank - WC. Schöne Küche, genügend Platz in den Schlafzimmern und auch wenn mal das Heisswasser ausgestiegen ist hat man am gleichen Tag gehandelt und wir konnten am Abend schon wieder Duschen. Danke! Zusammengefasst: Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen!!!!! ELBA WIR KOMMEN WIEDER !!!!

Ein Stück Paradies auf einer traumhaften Insel

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse zu speißen mit einem Blick auf das Meer.Die Abendstimmungen waren besonderst schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und die Dame vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit.Es waren nur 200m bis zum Strand,doch wir haben weit schönere Strände entdeckt als diesen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge,denn die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht die Orte in kurzer Zeit.Wir waren beeindruckt von den schönen Stränden.Unsere Kinder haben die Ferien genossen,denn es gibt für jeden etwas.Radfahren,surfen,segeln,schnorcheln,tauchen,baden und einfach Sonne tanken. Wir können Elba nur empfehlen am besten im Frühsommer oder Herbst,denn im Hochsommer ist alles voll mit italienischen Urlaubern.
