An ideal place for moments of peace and relaxation, surrounded by an aged and private pine-wood of 10,000 square meters, a few meters from the seashore, perfect and safe for childrenon a private road with no incoming traffic and with a magnificent view of the gulf of Portoferraio.

The house was used by RAI television for the drama in 12 episodes "The Island" aired in 2013 on RAI 1.

Traumlage am Meer und ein Ort der Ruhe

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage im Grünen direkt am Meer mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Portoferraio. Un luogo incantevole

Vacanza piacevolissima: la villetta si trova in una oasi di verde, con vista sul mare e spiaggia vicinissima. Un luogo ideale per famiglie con bambini che vogliono tranquillità e sicurezza per i loro figli. Il grande giardino è recintato e con giochi, la casa con tutti i comfort, una grande cucina super attrezzata, tre grandi camere da letto, ognuna con il suo bagno. Riscaldamento o aria condizionata a seconda delle stagioni. La mattina ti sveglia il cinguettio degli uccelli o il frusciare del vento.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Von beiden Terrassen am Haus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Portoferraio. Insgesamt stimmiges Gesamtpaket

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist gross und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig und in 5min. ist man am Strand. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und somit der Hund sicher. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Villa Eucalipti. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: unsere Meinung nach könnte die Terrasse und der Garten etwas gepflegter sein

Großzügiges Haus, großes Gelände & Meerblick

Wir wünschen uns im Sommerurlaub Meerblick von der Terrasse. Im Haus Eucalipti von Uberto gibt es nicht nur Meerblick, sondern auch einen Blick auf Portoferraio, besonders schön beim Sonnenuntergang hinter der Stadt. Das Meer ist wenige Schritte am Grundstücksende entfernt, hier lässt es sich jedoch nicht gleich baden. Zum nächsten Einstieg oder Strandabschnitt ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Unser zweiter Wunsch - Terrasse mit Abendsonne zum Abendessen - ebenfalls erfüllt. Überhaupt gibt es viel Platz, in der Sonne oder im Schatten, so kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Super Küche, großer Esstisch, falls es doch mal regnet, 3 moderne Bäder, Klimaanlage! Viel Platz zum Verstauen der Urlaubsgarderobe... Ansonsten ist die Lage für uns toll, nicht weit weg von Portoferraio oder Stränden wie Procchio oder Laconella. Kleiner Supermarkt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten zum Superstore. Wenn es uns noch einmal nach Elba verschlägt kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort

Perfekte Lage mitten im Grünen und fussläufig zum Strand. Das Haus liegt u. E. In der schönsten Ecke Elbas. Von den beiden Terrassen am Haus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Portoferraio. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die schönsten Orte Elbas sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und zum Erholen. Einfach wunderbar!

Tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer einfach wunderschön - egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Viele schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und auch der Strand direkt beim Haus ist ganz passabel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Erholsamer Elbaurlaub

Wir waren 3 Kinder (4,7,9) und 4 Erwachsene und haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Man hat viel Platz, eine schöne Aussicht von der Veranda auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und dem Hafen. Das Haus bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: 3 Wc/Duschen, gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kohlegrill, Laufdistanz zum Meer, kühle Nächte dank Klimaanlage, Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten auch für 2 Autos, Ruhe und Platz, gute Ausstattung, funktionierendes Wlan… Wir waren begeistert und die Wahrscheinlich, dass wir wieder dieses hübsche Anwesen wählen werden für unseren Urlaub auf Elba ist sehr hoch.

Schöne entspannte Zeit

Das Haus war optimal für 2 Familien, alle 3 Schlafzimmer hatten ein eigenes Bad und WC. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Gartentisch gibt es für 8 Personen gut Platz. Betten gut, Waschmaschine vorhanden, auch ein Grill und eine Gartendusche gibt es. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nur die Fähren sind hin und wieder zu hören. Der Checkin und Checkout waren total unkompliziert. Supermarkt ist mit PKW in 5 min zu erreichen. Einzig der Strand in direkter Nähe ist nicht schön. Da wir aber in Elba viele herrliche Strände entdeckt haben, hat das nicht gestört.

Luogo incantevole a due passi dal mare, circondato da pinete.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo, allietato da fagiani, da upupe e da lepri che scorrazzano in quest'ambiente esterno incontaminato. Vista stupenda di Portoferraio. Accoglienza super e pulizia della casa ottima. Ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno, la cucina è spaziosa, con molti piani d'appoggio e fuochi ad induzione. Nel giardino davanti la cucina una serie di sculture in ceramica rendono ancora più piacevole la vista. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini in quanto il giardino è attrezzato con altalene e scivoli

Ein wunderschöner Urlaubs Ort!

Wunderschön!!! Perfekt!!

Das Haus liegt in einer exponierten Lage, wunderschön in einem kleinen Pinienwald in direkter Strandlage. Der Garten ist riesig und für unsere drei Kinder (11 ,8 und 4 Jahre) und Hund perfekt gewesen. Es ist im Aussen-und Innenbereich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, die wir im Oktober, als es auch ein bisschen kühler abends wurde gut nutzen konnten um die Zimmer zu überwärmen. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder komme!!

Entspannend und ruhig

Die Villa ist grosszügig geschnitten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen und Verweilen. Der Garten ist riesig mit Spielplatz, perfekt für Familien! Direkt am Meer, wo wir uns mit Kind und Hund enorm wohl gefühlt haben. Es war ein Traum! Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Das Meer fast vor der Haustüre

Ein wunderbares Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Sehr ruhig im Grünen und direkt am Meer gelegen. Gleichzeitig erreicht man innerhalb kürzester Zeit die schönsten Ecken Elbas. Für Ruhesuchende, welche aber auch nicht auf unkomplizierte Ausflüge zu schönen Stränden und Dörfern verzichten wollen einfach perfekt.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Ein wunderschöner schöner Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir (Ehepaar) haben das Haus bereits mehrfach besucht und das obgleich wir ungern an einen Ort zweimal fahren. Aber wir fühlen uns so wohl, dass wir hier eine Ausnahme machen. Die Lage ist einzigartig.

Immersi nel verde a due passi dalla spiaggia

La posizione è perfetta per godersi una vacanza in totale relax. La pineta recintata è stata l'ideale per il nostro cane e il nostro gatto e la vicinanza con la spiaggia di Schiopparello è il top per godersi il mare la mattina presto o la sera tardi.

Herbsturlaub Elba 2019

Wir waren vom 23.09. bis 03.10. 2019 in der Villa Eucalipti zu Gast. Die Schlüssel Übergabe durch Frau Allesandra hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr genau und das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad war auch sehr praktisch. Die Küche war etwas klein und mit nur einer Lampe nicht ideal beleuchtet. Vorallem beim Kochherd und der Spüle war es eher düster. Aber alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub. Es ist auch alles vorhanden, ein Grill, Liegestühle, kleine Stühle für den Strand und vieles mehr. Wir hatten wirklich eine super Zeit in Ihrem Haus und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen. Wir sind eine Familien mit 3 Kindern und auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Mücken waren eine rechte Plage aber das hat ja nichts mit dem Haus zu tun.

Traumlage direkt am Meer

Das Haus hat eine Toplage. Direkt in ruhiger Lage am Meer und zentral für kleine Ausflüge gelegen. Auch der grosse Garten von Bäumen umgeben ist wunderbar. Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar einfach ausgestattet aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch war das Domizil sehr sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Viel Platz in angenehmer Villa

Die Lage, ganz nah am Meer, ist ideal. Herrlicher Garten. Wohltuende Ruhe den ganzen Tag. Die Villa bietet viel Platz. Wir waren zu viert, deshalb blieb 1 Schlafzimmer unbenutzt. Alle Bäder sind neu gemacht, Alles sehr sauber. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Küche sind limitiert, aber das ist im Urlaub egal. Die Kunstdrucke von van Gogh sind Geschmacksache, hier würden modernere Ducke, z. B. von Rothko, das Ambiente sehr aufwerten. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt, die Übergabe des Objektes verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, sehr empfehlen. Wer es etwas trubeliger mag, ist schnell in Portoferraio. Fazit: unser Urlaub war herrlich!
