Gently resting on a green hillside in Portoferraio, this charming villa welcomes you into a world of peace and beauty. Just a short stroll from the white sands of Sottobomba Beach, and close to the crystal waters of Capo Bianco and Padulella, time here seems to slow down — guided only by the sound of the sea and the whisper of the wind through the trees.

Just two kilometers away, the town center awaits with cozy restaurants, lively bars, and a vibrant seaside market that lights up the evenings with scents, laughter, and Mediterranean charm.

Inside, the villa unfolds on a single level of 110 m², filled with harmony and natural light.
The living area, spacious and inviting, features a large sofa, rattan armchairs, and a desk — perfect for reading or daydreaming. The modern kitchen, elegant and fully equipped, provides everything you need to enjoy meals together, from morning coffee to dinner under the stars.

The sleeping area offers two serene bedrooms:
– a triple room with a double and a single bed, private bathroom with bathtub and natural light;
– a twin room, with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stone-effect mosaic shower.
Both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning for your comfort.

Outside, the covered veranda invites you to unwind in total tranquility. Cozy seating, rugs, and low tables create the perfect lounge area to read, sip a drink, or simply enjoy the moment. The outdoor dining area, shaded and private, lets you savor the gentle Mediterranean breeze and the peace of the surroundings.

Important Information

Age restriction: groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed.
Swimming pool: the above-ground pool is available only from June 15th to September 15th.
Barbecue: guests are welcome to use it but must leave it perfectly clean after each use (including removal of charcoal). Please ensure it is always completely extinguished.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM.
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €50.00 supplement applies.
Pets: not allowed.
Security deposit: €400.00 (mandatory), refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property.
If paid in cash, the refund will be made after 3:00 PM on the departure day.
Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person, to be requested at the time of booking (not available on site).
