Une villa de 110 m2, toute équipée à 10 min en voiture de Porto-Vecchio et de ces commerces, à 15 à 20 min en voiture des plages (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, ...) et à 20 min de la forêt domaniale de l'Ospédale et de ses rivières.

Elle se compose de 3 chambres, 2 SDB, 1 WC séparé, 1 Salon, 1 Cuisine américaine équipée avec bar ouvert sur le salon, 1 buanderie.

Les chambres et le salon sont équipées de la climatisation réversible (froid -chaud)

Une grande terrasse couverte de 60 m2 est équipée d'un barbecue en pierres, d'une plancha électrique et d'un coin cuisine aménagée donnant sur un jardin privatif arboré de 3800 m2 (chênes, pins, bruyère, arbousiers). Le terrain est clôturé avec une entrée avec un portail automatisé. L'accès à la maison est privé.
La piscine est privative mesure 5m par 9m à fond plat de 1m50 de profondeur, Elle est au traitement au sel et elle est chauffée au besoin.

Un terrain de pétanque, un terrain badminton et une table de ping-pong sont à disposition à l'arrière de la maison.

Amazing!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Karine’s Villa in beautiful Corsica! The Villa was so gorgeous and so clean. The views and pool are simply stunning!! Also very close by to all the gorgeous beaches, restaurants, harbour and shops. Karine went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay, contacting us before and throughout our stay and was always very quick to reply if we had a problem. I Would 100% recommend! We will be back for sure. Thank you so much x

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind top!Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der sehr engagierten Vermieterin.Die Zufahrt ist nicht ganz leicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - vielleicht ein wenig voll. Insgesamt wurde an alles gedacht und alles war sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch erreicht man nach kurzer Fahrt Bäcker und Geschäfte. Ein guter Ort zum Erholen und Entdecken!

Schönes Haus mit Pool und großem Anwesen

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und liegt mitten auf einem großen, bewaldeten Grundstück. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, der Pool einfach nur toll! In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Karine ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar ist und uns wertvolle Tipps (z.B. für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) gegeben hat. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit; wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Belle villa dans un endroit calme

Magnifique endroit, bien situé a 2 pas de la belle ville de Porto Vecchio, grandes surfaces a proximité (-10 minutes en voiture). Endroit très calme et paisible, très propre.Grande piscine bien entretenue et bien grande. La propriétaire est très sympathique et repond toujours aux messages en cas de questions.Je recommande cet endroit c'est un 5 sur 5.

Magnifiques vacances

Grande maison particulièrement bien équipée située sur un grand terrain arboré proche des plages et randonnées (à condition d’être véhiculé). Nous avons apprécié la piscine, les jeux extérieurs (pétanque, ping pong, babington) et le calme environnant. Merci à Karine pour sa disponibilité et réactivité tout en étant à distance.

Ruhige, gemütliche Villa unweit von traumhaften Stränden und wunderschönen Bergen

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen, welches zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Strandtage an traumhaften Sandstränden mit glasklarem Wasser sowie Wanderungen im abwechslungsreichen und sehr beeindruckendem Bavella- Gebirge. Städtebesichtigungen in Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio und Sarténe sind ohne weiteres möglich und lohnen sich sehr. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub auf der wunderschönen Insel Korsika.

Beau coin de paradis

Villa moderne, confortable et très bien équipée. Une étoile encore de plus pour la gentillesse des propriétaires, Karine, très disponible, accueillante et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un reposant et charmant séjour dans le sud de l’ile avec pour gastronomie principale le poisson cuit avec la plancha de la terrasse. Pour résumer, un bonheur pour les yeux avec un extraordinaire jardin et pour les oreilles, avec le son des oiseaux. A recommander les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons.
