Granite house located in Pianelli, one of the hamlets of Porto-Vecchio, very quiet and ideally situated between the sea and the mountains, just a few minutes' drive from shops and the most beautiful beaches in the region (Palombaggia, Santa-Giulia, Rondinara, etc.), and 25 km from Figari airport and 30 km from Bonifacio.
The house has three main rooms on two levels, two connecting bedrooms upstairs, furnished with 5'4“x6'3” double beds (one with a TV), accessible via an external staircase, and, on the ground floor, a dining room with a 5'4“x6'3” sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette.
An adjoining building, located nearby, houses the bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a well-equipped summer kitchen.
The house can accommodate 6 people (possibly 8 occupants thanks to 2 folding extra beds (80x190 cm) for children or young teenagers, available at an additional cost and with prior agreement).
A very large, shaded, enclosed garden on 3 levels, planted with various species of trees, with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue will make your stay a delight.

Bonne semaine passée près de porto vecchio. Endroit calme et sécurisé. En revanche l’annonce ne correspond pas à ce que nous trouvons sur place. Après relecture de l’annonce je ne comprend toujours pas que la maison n’est fait que de pièce séparées, non communicante. La partie principale étant plutôt vétuste.

Très belle semaine dans une maison traditionnelle corse

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Arca . La propriété située au calme non loin de Porto Vecchio est un bon point de chute pour profiter des belles plages mais aussi de balades en forêt ou dans les piscines naturelles. L'accueil de Marie-Josee et Jacques nous a ravis. Seul petit bémol, dans le descriptif, il est indiqué que la maison est climatisée. Deux ventilateurs font en fait office de climatisation.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison ,très proche de Porto vecchio, nous avons passé une semaine ou toute la famille a pu apprécier ce séjour. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et nous ont reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Merci pour tout .

Nous sommes partis en famille 4 adultes et 2 enfants (3 & 6 ans), maison qui à beaucoup de charmes en pierre disposant de deux cuisines dont une à l'extérieur très pratique. Jardin suffisamment grand pour étendre le linge pour toute la famille et pour que les enfants puissent jouer dehors. (jardin cloturé) Les chambres sont correct et propre. L'atout principal de cette maison et sa situation 10 minutes de Porto-Vecchio, 5 minutes de la boulangerie, 10 /15 minutes des plus belles plages. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très à l'écoute. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour nous recommandons cette endroit. Famille Mahoudeau de Lorraine

La casa è disposta su due piani ed è fornita di due camere da letto di una cucina di un soggiorno, inoltre c'è una cucina esterna comodissima d'estate. Due giardini e parcheggio. A non più di 10 minuti dal centro di porto vecchio.

Superbe maison et super propriétaires!! Très bien accueillis avec adresses incontournables en plus! Tout est très bien équipé (barbecue, friteuse, multiples casseroles...). L'agencement de la maison est très pratique. La cuisine d'été permet de vraiment profiter de ses vacances! Merci beaucoup !

Lieu convenable pour vacances reposantes

Accueil cordial. Lieu propre et calme. Il n'est pas pratique d'avoir les chambres qui ne communiquent pas directement avec les pièces du rez de chaussée mais la maison reste cependant fonctionnelle. La cuisine d'été est très agréable avec son ouverture sur le jardin. Les sanitaires sont impeccables et pratiques après le retour de la plage notamment avec des enfants. Nous avons aussi apprécié les chaises longues pour se prélasser.
