Superb holiday villa of 220 M² with heated swimming pool on an enclosed plot with automatic gate of 2500M² including 1000 M² of lawn, 5 minutes from downtown Porto Vecchio and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches like Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.

The villa is located in a calm and bucolic environment and enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains and the countryside.

The villa is composed of 4 suites including all TV, bathroom and WC, one of which is a real adjoining apartment of type F2 fully furnished with kitchen, bedroom and lounge area. Each suite gives access to a terrace which opens onto the outside.

The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate between 8/10 people maximum.

The exteriors of the villa offer 1000m² of surrounding lawn and have been carefully landscaped. They provide access to the pool area and its poolhouse. The large swimming pool is heated and has a security barrier and an alarm. It benefits from 120 m² of IPE terrace as well as a poolhouse composed of a sheltered and furnished outdoor kitchen (BBQ, fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), a heated outdoor shower, furniture 'exteriors (tables, deckchairs, etc ...).

The villa also offers a place in a secure digital code parking by the sea in Santa Giulia.
