Die Küche wurde nach dem Aufenthalt des Vormieters vom Vermieter nicht mehr geprüft und geputzt. Das Geschirr stand zum Teil schmutzig in den Schränken. Essensreste waren nicht weggeräumt. Über die Arbeitsplatte war an den seitlichen Stellen nicht drübergewischt. Gardinen in Küche und Kinderzimmer verschmutzt. Da fragt man sich, ob die übrigen Räume überhaupt geputzt wurden. Für diesen Preis könnte man das verlangen. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Top war der Pool.

Wie beschrieben, voll zufrieden

Sehr schönes geräumiges Appartement in einer sympathischen mini Anlage. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen zur Abkühlung. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten unten an der Promenade und den Restaurants. Schöne Badestellen gut erreichbsr. Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Top Ausblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem 180° Blick auf den See. Bei Temperaturen über 25° wäre eine Klimaanlage für das Schlafzimmer wünschenswert. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Ruhige Lage, wunderschöner Seeblick

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig, jedoch am Berg gelegen. Der Rückweg vom Zentrum zu Fuß ist sehr steil. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut, die Bäder könnten jedoch eine Renovierung vertragen. Für die Terrasse und den Pool wird dringend ein neuer oder zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm benötigt. Das schönste an der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See. Wir haben dies bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Im Hochsommer aber ggf. zu heiß.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem den sensationellen Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Wer das Bettzeug richtig bezogen haben möchte, sollte sich seine eigene Bettwäsche von zu Hause mitbringen. In der Vermietung Vor Ort bekommt man die italienische Bettwäsche, die eine andere Größe hat und so nicht richtig auf das vorhandene Bettzeug passt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
