Charming villa located in Stintino, in a quiet location in the province of Sassari, spacious and suitable for up to 10 people. It is suitable for a fun and relaxing holiday with family or friends, thanks also to the large swimming pool available on site. The swimming pool is shared, if any, with the guests of the adjacent annex.
The annex and the swimming pool are protected by a gate.
Inside you can park cars.
The keys will be delivered by Mr. Giovanni, manager of the structure and available for any need.
Management costs: € 200. They include: final cleaning, pool cleaning every other day, sheets and towels.
Supplements:
- € 10 pocket wifi
- € 25 per additional person per night
- € 200 mandatory deposit required on arrival (to cover any damage during the stay). They will be returned at the end of the stay with the return of the keys.
Electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
- The tap WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE
- On alternate days, Mr. Giovanni will clean the swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use;
- A paid wifi is available at a price of € 10. 5 gb are available inside the pocket wifi. In case of traffic exhaustion it will be possible, at your expense, to add additional gigs to the tariff.

Cette maison est très agréable et très bien aménagée.
Nous profitions pour visiter le matin jusqu'à 14h et ensuite nous rentrions profiter de la piscine.
Giovanni qui est la personne de confiance pour la maison est très disponible et toujours bienveillant avec les locataires. Très bon séjour 😘

Tolles Ferienhaus! Riesen Pool! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich steht’s um uns gekümmert hat und Tipps gab, wo man gut essen kann. Vielen Dank dafür an Angela und Giovanni, den Hausmeister. Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
