Great location, it’s clean and the room staff were very polite. Only had problems with reception staff, they lied about having a working AC and we had to argue to change rooms. During check out we were waiting for the to check the room, she never told us is was finished, we waited for 45 minutes until I asked why is taking so long. She said it only took 2 min, we waited for no reason. Almost lost our flight because she didn’t care to say that the check out was done.Overall it was great, except for reception staff

The atmosphere and professionalisme is wonderful. Place has a great vibe. Recommended. Just one issue was placed in downgraded room, a honest mistake and proposed to rectify next day. No need room was great

Atende muito bem ao propósito

A pousada é boa, bem próxima ao quadrado e tem estacionamento - ainda que limitado - o que nos facilitou bastante. O quarto, apesar de pequeno, é confortável e estava limpo e cheiroso. A pousada também é pequena então, ficamos limitados ao quarto e a área do café. Quanto ao esse último, estava muito bom. Não poderia deixar de falar dos funcionários que são atenciosos, simpáticos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar quando solicitamos. Deixo o meu muito obrigada e quando retornar a Trancoso, será minha escolha novamente.

Estadia foi boa. Pousada muito bem localizada e quarto grande. Cafe da manha excelente. A unica coisa chata é o estacionamento que é um corredor onde vc prende outro carro. Tivemos que pagae um guardador na rua para nao ter o estresse de querer sair e ter que aguardar outro hospede p tirar o veiculo. Fora isso a noite voce faz tido a pe.
