Férias perfeitas.

Experiência excelente, hotel lindo ,estrutura do local todas funcionando, café da manhã excelente. Tenho somente uma observação porque pode ser meu gosto pessoal, entao nao vou colocar como reclamação, colchão é muito duro ,tive que dormir na cama de solteiro e tinha muitas formigas ,inclusive no quarto. Mais nada que possa tirar ou dizer que não voltaria mais. Excelente localização, perto da praia,farmácias, mercados e locais pra alimentação.

Faltou água para banho, faltou água quente no chuveiro. Torneira do lavabo com pouca água. Nos quatros não possuem secador de cabelo, o que tem é coletivo e somente 1. Frigobar estragado, depois de solicitado foi arrumado imediatamente. Comida do restaurante muito boa. Café da manhã a razoável .

A limpeza é um grande diferencial. Diariamente a roupa de banho era trocada e a limpeza do quarto ficava impecável. Outro diferencial é a piscina aquecida, simplesmente perfeita! Café da manhã bom. Atendimento excelente. E de cortesia houve flexibilidade no horário do checkout, atendendo a uma necessidade nossa em relação ao horário da viagem.

A atenção e cordialidade do staff foi incrível (a Renata da recepção deu dicas da cidade, foi super atenciosa e prestativa). O quarto é bem confortável, limpeza impecável. Ponto negativo: wifi não pega no quarto (e no meu caso, o sinal da Claro também não, então eu fiquei incomunicável dentro do quarto). Café da manhã é gostoso, não varia muito mas vale bastante a pena. A localização é excepcional, 5min andando da praia mais bonita de Porto, tem mercado perto, lugares pra comer e tudo mais.

Bom para o preço pago.

Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, principalmente o da recepção. Quarto muito bom e limpo. Internet ótima e localizacao ótima. Achei a acústica ruim pois entre 07 e 08:00 da manhã parecia que as pessoas que estavam conversando no corredor, que estavam dentro do meu quarto. O café da manhã é tragico. Eu até pensei em comentar mas depois optei por não tomar o café e comprar algo na rua. Terrivel - frios cheio de mosquitos. Não era presunto e sim apresentado com cheiro um pouco forte. Não tinha manteiga, só margarina. Mesas sujas e reposição fraca. É melhor vender a diária sem o café da manhã. Voltaria fácil para o hotel porque o atendimento é extraordinário e a instalações muito boas mas o cafeeeeeeeee - Deus me livre.

Passeio agradável em família

A estadia no Hotel Barra Sol foi agradável. Eu e o meu marido já havíamos nos hospedado lá há uns 3(três) anos. O hotel é agradável. Desta vez tivemos um inconveniente no hotel que foi a grande presença de pernilongos. Comunicamos à recepção do hotel que fez uma dedetização mas que, mesmo assim, não eliminou totalmente os pernilongos. Sugiro um equipamento ligado à tomada para maior eficiência. Notamos que em Porto Seguro em geral nesta época em que lá estivemos tinha muitos pernilongos e mosquitos. A área comum do hotel estava bem cuidada e tivemos um bom tratamento por parte dos funcionários. Havia chovido muito em Porto Seguro e a rua que não é asfaltada estava com buracos e possas de lama. Achamos que o preço do hotel é compatível com o que oferece. As comodidades do quarto são boas e o serviço de limpeza também é bom. O hotel é próximo à praia e a recepção do hotel deu dicas de passeios. Fomos à Praia do Mutá e ficamos em uma barraca conveniada com o hotel que é confortável. Gostamos da Praia do Mutá.
