Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!

Super clean and comfortable.

Room is large and was cleaned everyday. Very useful mini-fridge in the room and good wi-fi. Super helpful staff. Very safe and quiet neighborhood next to a mangrove forest and a river. Cool pool.

O primeiro quarto que me ofereceram estava todo mofado nas paredes, pedi outro e me deram o 403 , chuveiro não funcionava direito, tinha mofo também, menos que o anterior e o ar condicionado muito barulhento.. o café da manhã ovos mexidos com casca de ovos alguns salgados como de salsicha azedo, mostrava uma certa falta de cuidado. E para piorar me machuquei num restaurante foi terrível demais. Como estava no quarto no primeiro piso e nós fundos foi uma luta para eu chegar até o meu quarto. Nenhum momento ninguém nos ofereceu nem ajuda, nem sequer trocar para um quarto no piso inferior. Mas oum casal de hóspedes nós ajudaram. Não volto mais nesse hotel as fotos não são iguais a realidade. Foi decepcionante. Pagamos caro por um serviço péssimo.

A equipe atende bem. Achei a pousada um pouco desgastada. Algumas paredes com um pouco de mofo. Parte do piso antigo. O banheiro do meu quarto não tinha box, tinha um plástico. Acho que a pousada precisa se reformar essas coisinhas fica muito boa, porque a localização é boa. A piscina também é boa.

Um experiência muito negativa. Tivemos que mudar de quarto no meio da noite porque começou chover e entrou água pelo telhado, cobertas? Não existe. Mal mal uns "xanil" que se cobrir o rosto deixa o bumbum de fora e vice versa. NÃO RECOMENDO SE HOSPEDAR. E a hoteis.com se torna responsável por permitir que hoteis como o Recanto do Sol continue hospedando pessoas nas condições em que se encontra. Já fiquei lá antes e já foi bom um dia. Ha mil anos atrás.
