Foi ótima tudo perfeito ! a pessoa que ficou responsável por nos receber e fazer a limpeza é ótima, também contratamos ela para fazer comida e comprar tudo, ela cozinha muito bem ! parabéns nalva !!
O único defeito não é na casa e sim nas ruas do comdomínio que são de terra com muitos buracos ! a casa é execelente, tudo limpo, bonito, com lençóis e tolhas cheirosos !!

Ótima casa, com boa infraestrutura, tanto em termos de instalações quanto a mobiliário e utensílios. Inclui atendente que faz a limpeza diária do imóvel.
Necessita, contudo, de carro para locomoção para as praias e para a área do Quadrado.
