Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, si arriva a piedi in 2 minuti sia alla spiaggia libera che a quella attrezzata. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. Un po' lontano dal centro ma ci si arriva comunque in mezz'ora di passeggiata tranquilla. A pochi minuti di macchina dal centro commerciale. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulito e spazioso. Ospite molto gentile.

Appartamento spazioso e accessoriato di tutto, pulito. Host molto cortese.Terrazzino super! Distante circa 30 Min a piedi dal centro. Si raggiungono le spiagge libere a piedi. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, qualche minuto di macchina si raggiungono i supermercati. Torneremo volentieri per l'appartamento, un po' meno per il mare.

La casa era pulita, posizione buona, a due passi dalla spiaggia libera o dagli stabilimenti. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Parcheggio comodo....il Conero bellissimo e le Marche da visitare. Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti.

Affordable holiday with a very loving owner / Kostengünstiger Urlaub bei einer sehr Lieben Eigentüme

The owner Silvia was very accommodating and immediately showed us everything in the apartment. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for the holiday. Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, TV, WiFi and much more for a cheap holiday. The beach can be reached within 2 minutes walk. Shopping possibilities are nearby. The beach promenade offers a lot, from the restaurants to a small fair. We liked it a lot. If all goes well, we will book again in 2 years with Silvia. Greetings from Germany from Chris and Steffie ************************************************************************************************** Die Eigentümerin Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und zeigte uns sofort alles in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Urlaub braucht. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Fernseher, WLan und vieles mehr für einen Kostengünstigen Urlaub. Den Strand erreicht man binnen 2 Minuten Fußweg. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Strandpromenade bietet viel, angefangen über die Restaurants bis hin zur eine kleine Kirmes. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wenn alles klappt buchen wir in 2 Jahren wieder bei Silvia. Viele Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland von Chris und Steffie ************************************************************************************************** La proprietaria Silvia è stata molto accomodante e ci ha subito mostrato tutto nell'appartamento. L'appartamento è stato dotato di tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Frigorifero, lavatrice, microonde, forno, TV, WiFi e molto altro per una vacanza economica. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi. Possibilità di shopping nelle vicinanze. Il lungomare offre molto, dai ristoranti ad una piccola fiera. Ci è piaciuto molto.
